When NOT: already locked to a single tool (jump directly to openspec-propose / gstack-qa / brainstorming); want to fully execute a certain spec or the entire gstack flow.
Environment
OpenSpec：cd ~/.openclaw, source of truth ~/.openclaw/openspec/。gstack /… only within a CC/Cursor Agent that has already loaded gstack. Details references/install.md。

Phase（1～7）→ Gap（≤3）→ Next step (single) → if it involves runtime/protocol then OpenSpec change first. User instructions take precedence; do not falsely claim that validate/doctor has been run.
