Post-implementation review of AI agent (2 stages)

Programming design and implementationreview procedure. The first stage is a diff-only review without referencing the plan, and the second stage has the same reviewer cross-check against the plan.

Minimum execution order

2. Confirm that the primary response has been completed. If not yet answered, provide the primary response first
3. orchestrator roleIn the case of: orchestrator-guide.md Read , then proceed to launching review workers, creating delegation instructions for the first/second stages, integrating results, and final checks
4. First stage: diff-only review without sharing the plan → stage-procedures.md
5. Check the stop conditions. Only when the first stage is completed proceed to the second stage
6. Second stage: The same subagent with resume cross-check against the plan → stage-procedures.md
7. Integrated review output → review-output-format.md

Invariants: Carry over the full text of the stage1 output as-is to stage2, and stage2 adds the disposition and rationale. Independently perform the plan consistency judgment and the quality validity judgment, and even if plan-compliant, maintain severity for quality issues with a dedicated disposition. Changing the disposition of a plan-independent finding is factually-incorrect（severity n/a) only.resume When does not hold, report as blocked and request a restart of the same reviewer.
