Overview
Remove video grain / color blocks / motion noise, preserving details while denoising. Covers denoising for high-ISO shooting, noise removal for low-light shooting, grain repair for old videos, and color block repair for gaming/sports videos. The more severe the noise, the more obvious the effect; for non-noise issues (blur, underexposure, low resolution), this tool is ineffective.
Not handled: comprehensive image quality restoration, video super-resolution, brightening dark areas in night scenes, image denoising, frame interpolation / smoothness.
