Jianying Headless Editing

By default, deliver a native draft that can continue to be edited. Run native export only when the user explicitly requests a finished video. Headless does not mean Jianying does not need to be installed; this Skill does not include the official program library or a complete editing backend. The main version is 11.5.0, compatible with 11.4.2; select the configuration according to the exact currently installed version and fingerprint, and do not mix export snapshots from the two versions. The high-definition black-and-white filter and orange-outlined stylized text have been removed and are no longer listed as features to be verified; when an old plan or snapshot contains these two items, explicitly refuse rather than silently removing the effects.

First confirm dependencies and the scope of this session

1. Follow the installation instructions to locate the authorized core project checkout directory. When the Skill and the core project are in the same repository, it is located automatically; for a standalone installation, set JIANYING_HEADLESS_ROOT. Do not gather access credentials from the user's other projects, browser, or chat, and do not automatically copy the official library.
2. Run python3 SKILL/scripts/headless_draft.py doctor. If the core project is missing or the version/hash does not match, stop native operations; fix dependencies according to the error, and do not change the pinned version and hash to pass the check.
3. Determine from the request the materials, new creation or modification, speed, sound effects/BGM, and editing intensity. Follow the explicit parameters of this session, do not carry over the speed and cut preferences of historical projects; ask about ambiguous semantic cuts in a consolidated manner.
4. Transcription is a separate optional dependency. When $yichen-asr exists, follow its instructions; when a word-by-word transcript has already been provided, use it directly. Paid transcription requires authorization for this session; do not automatically top up, switch providers, or resubmit.

Choose an entry point

• New creation: read Headless plan and commands. Create an independent draft directly, with no requirement to first prepare a template in the UI; online templates are outside the scope of this release.
• Hypit project handoff: read material and font handoff, write the materials, timeline, and actual font files of the selected finished video into the new plan; text clips can use font_path to directly specify the font.
• Modify an existing draft: read independent copy editing, preserving the original project.
• Explicit request for a finished video: read native export, and export only a verified frozen snapshot.
• Spoken-word semantic editing: read semantic and audio quality check and spoken-word plan format, with scripts/edit_plan.py uniformly compiling the time mapping.

Execution and acceptance

• The source footage remains untouched; use authorized local materials. Subtitles are needed by default, with styles adjusted according to the visuals of this session. If BGM is not requested, do not add it. Do not delete numbers, product names, or core judgments that are hard to confirm.
• build Write only to the isolated working directory of this session.publish / resume-publish is a local Jianying home page registration, not an online publication; before execution, have the user save their work and fully quit Jianying, and do not forcefully terminate the process.
• All outputs use a new directory under this session's work/ . Material copies, hashes, consistency, and directory locks are checked by the tool; do not mistake consistency parameters such as --expect-* for approval questions that the user must fill in item by item.
• Effect resources can only come from matching caches already lawfully obtained on this machine, preserving the original license fields and byte verification. Do not download, unlock, or forge authorization, and do not treat cache existence or successful technical rendering as a membership/commercial license.
• Compound clips can only be exported as experimental offline builds, modifications, and frozen snapshots; formal homepage registration is still blocked. Do not deliver it as a nested draft that has passed native save persistence acceptance.
• The draft needs to be checked in Jianying for visuals, subtitles, volume, and cuts, then saved, exited, cold-restarted, and read back. When UI conditions are lacking, continue with the offline part, but clearly mark that native acceptance is not complete.
• After export, check the actual visuals and sound.encoded-and-decoded does not mean all content is correct; by default, draft delivery does not generate a temporary MP4. On failure, preserve the scene, and do not automatically retry, remove effects, or replace it with an old snapshot.
• Preserve the original materials and existing drafts; cleanup is performed only under the explicit authorization for this instance, and files are not automatically permanently deleted.
