1. Scene Definition
Each scene must include:

3. Voiceover Text Requirements
- Keep each voiceover segment within 4-10 seconds
- Chinese speech rate is approximately 4 characters/second
- Voiceover duration ≤ scene duration - 0.5 seconds (leave buffer)
- Avoid long sentences; short sentences make pacing easier to control

Storyboard Confirmation Checklist
Before requesting user confirmation, ensure:
- All scene timelines are continuous with no gaps
- Voiceover character count matches scene duration (4 characters/second)
- The operation steps for each demonstration scene are clear and executable
- Voiceover text is professional, concise, and unambiguous
- Total duration is within the target range
User Confirmation Process
- Present the complete storyboard script
- Explain key time points and content
- Ask whether adjustments are needed
- Obtain an explicit "confirm to start production" instruction
- Record the confirmation time and start recording
Handling Common Issues
User requests storyboard modifications
- Record the modification content
- Update the storyboard script
- Present the revised version again
- Confirm again
Duration exceeds expectations
- Prioritize condensing the voiceover text
- Next, reduce demonstration operation steps
- Finally, consider deleting non-core scenes
Voiceover text is too long
Calculation formula:配音字数 ≤ 场景时长(秒) × 4
If it exceeds, you need to:
- Condense the text
- Or speed up the speech rate (maximum +35%)
- Or extend the scene duration
