Build a three-layer knowledge management structure for an Obsidian vault.
Three-Layer Architecture
| Layer | Folder | Purpose | Frequency |
|---|---|---|---|
| First layer | 每日筆記/ |
Raw ideas, meeting notes | Daily |
| Second layer | 創作庫/ |
Organized output (videos, quick-reference guides) | Weekly |
| Third layer | 知識庫/ |
Reusable knowledge (templates, SOPs) | Monthly |
Steps
1. Check the existing structure
Check whether the vault already has the three-layer folders, and list the number of files in each folder.
2. Create the missing folders
Use Obsidian MCP to create the missing folders and explanatory notes.
3. Update AGENTS.md
Confirm that the project's AGENTS.md records the Obsidian vault path and the mapping of the three-layer structure.
4. Weekly reorganization process reminder
Do this once a week: organize daily notes → update project progress → clean up useless notes.
Report format: existing layers, newly created layers, whether AGENTS.md has been recorded.
