Second Brain Setup (Codex Version)

Create a three-layer structure:每日筆記/ → 創作庫/ → 知識庫/

1. Check whether the vault already has three layers
2. Create any missing folders and explanatory notes
3. Update the project AGENTS.md to record the vault path

Weekly reorganization: organize daily notes → update project progress → clean up useless notes.

Report: status of each layer, AGENTS.md recording status.
