Second Brain Setup (Claude Code version)

Create three-layer structure:每日筆記/ → 創作庫/ → 知識庫/

1. Check whether the vault already has the three-layer folders
2. Create the missing folders and explanatory notes
3. Update the project CLAUDE.md to record the vault path

Weekly reorganization: organize daily notes → update project progress → clean up useless notes.

Report: status of each layer, whether CLAUDE.md has been recorded.
