⚠️ The most important thing: first think clearly about "what to do", then consider "how to write it"
No matter how refined the prompt is, if the concept itself is not compelling, the resulting video will only be "technically correct mediocrity".
Before starting to write the prompt, you must first clarify:
- ≤15 seconds (Path A): Do not tell a story; create an "impossible moment". The first 2 seconds must grab attention. The simpler the concept, the better; one video does only one thing.
- >15 seconds (Path B): Do not expect a single prompt to get it done in one step. You must go through the complete pre-production process: character card images → storyboard script → storyboard reference images → shot-by-shot generation → post-production assembly.
- Image-driven (Path C, v3.1 · minimalism first + boundary conditions): The user drops in an image and wants to make a video.Core principle: trust Seedance 2.0's ability to understand the image; the text only supplements 4 things——① what the image itself does not have (duration/aspect ratio/general camera movement direction); ② what exists in the image but needs reinforcement (rhythm/emotional hook/key moment); ③ what needs to be avoided in the image (do not replicate the grid/original image watermark/storyboard panel cells); ④ safe hard constraints (no text watermark/no identifiable real human faces/compliance risks).Keep the prompt within 300-500 characters。⚠️ The minimalist strategy has boundaries(2026-05-23 measured: pass rate 25%, okay 50%, failure 25%): ✅ Applicable to multi-panel storyboards/simple emotions in gaze mode/TikTok viral hits (requires an explicit hook); ❌ Reaction mode (surprise/panic/tension) requires sub-beat expansion and cannot be minimalist; ❌ Narrative assembly with large style differences across multiple panels cannot be bridged by Seedance and must be changed to "mood collage" or switch images.Seedance prompt upper limit is 2000 characters(Python
len()Measured, do not estimate based on the feel of Chinese characters — see image-to-prompt.md "Minimalism-First Iron Rule" + "Minimalism-First Strategy · Boundary Condition Verification" + "Character Count Measurement Iron Rule" subsections). - Storyboard-driven (Path D, v0.1 trial run): The user uploads an N-panel storyboard/comic storyboard and requests "generate according to these panels". You must first choose D-1 (≤4 panels → single multi-segment timestamp) or D-2 (≥5 panels → multiple independent prompts + editing rhythm suggestions); for the complete methodology see
references/storyboard-driven.md。 - Reference materials first: Most good AI videos are not generated from plain text. First create the first-frame image, find reference videos, then write the prompt.
See creative-strategy.md(creative strategy),production-pipeline.md(long video production pipeline),image-to-prompt.md(complete methodology for image-driven path C). After test-screening feedback, extended segmentation, Qingming brainstorms, ASMR live-action oriented, AI talk showsee 11-User Feedback Extensions.md。
Core Rules
- All prompts must use Chinese(including image generation prompts)
- @ references must use official naming:
@图片1@图片9、@视频1@视频3、@音频1~@音频3 - Must not contain realistic live-action human face materials—the platform will automatically block them
- Mixed file limit is 12(images + videos + audio combined)
- Single generation limit is 15 seconds, exceeding this requires segmented stitching
For detailed platform parameters and limits, see platform-specs.md。

Four core differences from the basic structure:
- Quality anchoring: State the rendering engine/VFX level at the beginning ("UE5 rendering, Industrial Light & Magic-level VFX"), far more effective than the vague term "cinematic"
- Atmospheric continuity statement: Unified physical effects throughout the film ("thin mist diffuses in every frame") to prevent atmosphere breaks between different shots
- Three layers of lighting: Light source → light behavior → color tone, each of the three layers has its own role, far more precise than vaguely writing "good lighting"
- Closing sentence: Post-processing terms + tension declaration, to lock in the emotion and visual style of the entire film

@Reference number assignment rules
- Common assetsNumber sequentially starting from @Image 1
- Version-specific assets(first frame, last frame) increment after the common asset numbering
- After each asset title, annotate the @Image number so users can match uploads easily
- Clearly state whether it is "reference" (borrow style/motion) or "edit" (modify on the original asset)
Multimodal combination techniques (officially recommended)
- Have a first-frame image + want to reference video motion? →
@图1为首帧,参考@视频1的打斗动作 - Want to fuse multiple videos? →
在@视频1和@视频2之间加一个场景,内容为xxx - No audio asset? → You can directly reference the sound in the video; no need to upload audio separately
- Want continuous motion? → Add continuity description:
角色从跳跃直接过渡到翻滚,保持动作连贯流畅 - Asset priority: Prioritize uploading the assets with the greatest impact on the visuals or rhythm, and allocate the number of files reasonably
Ultra-long video (>15 seconds)
Single generation limit is 15 seconds. If exceeded, usesegmented generation + video extension stitching:
- Segment 1 is generated normally (≤15 seconds)
- Subsequent segments use
将@视频1延长Xsto continue - There must be a visual transition point description between each segment
- Prioritize using the "three-part rhythm": establish the world → advance the change → converge the emotion
- Repeat style lock, character lock, and scene lock statements in each segment to prevent drift
- At the beginning of an extension segment, it is recommended to first retain a 0.8-1.5 second bridging shot; if the continuous plot is strong, the last-frame continuation method can be used, with only slight motion in the first 1 second before advancing
Over 45 seconds? Recommended to use 25-cell production pipeline(Phase 1 breaks down the 25-cell storyboard table → Phase 2 outputs a 5×5 aggregated prompt matrix + P0/P1 storyboard images) — see the end of production-pipeline.md .
For detailed segmentation strategy and output templates, see long-video-strategy.md。
Editing rhythm (required reading for >15 seconds)
Any final video ≥30 seconds requiresgenerating multiple clips + editing and stitching. Editing AI assets is different from editing live-action assets; it has its own "immersion-breaking points" and "stitching traps".
Core understanding:Rhythm = the pattern of change in information density on the timeline. It is not "faster is better", but ratherchange itselfthat creates appeal. Shots = notes, shot length = tempo speed, and the pattern of speed changes = a formula. You do not need to edit "by feel" — fill in shots according to the formula, and the rhythm will automatically be right.
Six editing formulas quick reference:
| Formula | Rhythm diagram | Suitable for | Difficulty |
|---|---|---|---|
| ① Breathing style | fast fast fast~ slow…… | 80% of daily videos can use it | ⭐ |
| ② Heartbeat style | thump—ta—thump—ta—thump ta thump ta…… | Suspense, tension, sports | ⭐⭐ |
| ③ Ocean wave style | small wave~ big wave~ bigger wave~ calm | Emotional stories, MVs, brand films | ⭐⭐ |
| ④ Bullet time | normal→slow motion→bang! burst | Climax sections, product reveals | ⭐⭐⭐ |
| ⑤ Pulse style | Da-da-da—da-da-da-da—boom! | Trailers, flash cuts, big promotions | ⭐⭐ |
| ⑥ Silent Hammer Strike | Quiet... bang! Quieter... bang! | Luxury goods, avant-garde art, horror | ⭐⭐⭐ |
Five exclusive strategies for AI footage:
- Trim 0.5-1s from the start and end of each clip(AI camera movement is most unstable at the start and end)
- Color consistency is the biggest trap—Choose a reference clip and make the others match it
- Use transitions to bridge action continuity(Hard cuts / match cuts / cross dissolves each have their own use cases)
- Use fast pacing to conceal subtle AI distortions(With 0.3-1s fast cuts, viewers can't see the distortions)
- Start with 2-3 times the footage(Target 30s → generate 60-90s of footage to select from)
For the complete formula breakdown + standard AI footage editing workflow + editing rhythm and coordinate encoding linkage, see editing-rhythm.md。
In-depth aesthetic constraints (required reading for commercial/cinematic grade)
When the project requirescommercial / cinematic grade quality, layer in-depth aesthetic constraints on top of the basic structure.
Core concept: It's not about "looking like a video," but about "looking like it was rendered in Octane."
Three pillars:
- Render standards: Use keywords like GI global illumination / SSS subsurface scattering / caustics / volumetric light to push output quality to Octane / V-Ray / Arnold level
- Warm-cool color contrast system: 6 preset color combinations (Cyber Neon / Minimalist Platinum / Ice-Fire Clash / Cyber Cool Tone / Twilight Gradient / Minimalist Black & White), with specific HEX values
- Minimalist avant-garde composition rules: Subtraction first (elements ≤3) + strong contrast division + breathing negative space (≥30%) + geometric anchors + progressive layering
Project type → aesthetic configuration quick reference(excerpt):
| Project Type | Render Standard | Color Combination | Composition Style |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tech product ad | Octane Ultimate Edition | Cyber Neon / Minimalist Platinum | Subtractive minimalism + geometric anchors |
| Game character promo | Octane Ultimate Edition | Ice-Fire Clash | Strong contrast division + diagonal |
| Fashion / Luxury | V-Ray Ultimate Edition | Minimalist Platinum / Minimalist Black & White | Subtraction + 30%+ negative space |
| Emotional short film | Arnold Advanced Edition | Twilight Gradient | Breathing negative space + progressive layering |
For complete color HEX values, three tiers of render quality constraint keywords, the full project type quick reference table, and four aesthetic prompt templates, see aesthetic-constraints.md。
Image style matching rules
Automatically match image generation style based on theme:
- Xianxia/Cultivation → 3D Chinese animation rendering, Chinese xianxia concept design
- Ancient style/Historical → Chinese gongbi painting, ink wash painting, classical painting
- Cyberpunk/Sci-fi → Futuristic sci-fi realistic CG, concept design
- Realistic/Characters → Cinematic photorealism, portrait photography
- Food → Food advertising photography, commercial photography
- Natural scenery → Landscape photography, aerial documentary
- Anime → Corresponding style (Japanese anime cel shading, Chinese anime 3D rendering, etc.)
Image generation prompts (character reference images & first-frame images)
Image generation is a key pre-step in the video production pipeline. By default, use NanoBanana(Lovart platform); if the user specifies Jimeng image generation, switch to it.
For detailed specifications, prompt templates, and examples, see image-generation.md。
💎 Key experience for refinement(battle-tested, must be followed): When generating 3A game-style images (such as the "Black Myth·XXX" series),the shorter the prompt, the more effective. New-generation models (GPT Image 2 / NanoBanana) have visual intuition and atmosphere reasoning ability — ✅ Effective approach: use "benchmarking against《Black Myth: Wukong》/《Black Myth: Pan Jinlian》" as a one-sentence anchor, combined with life-trace descriptions such as "coffee stains on the shirt, keyboard worn shiny" and visual analogies such as "UI restrained, not stealing the scene". ❌ Ineffective approach: piling up Octane / SSS / Industrial Light & Magic / pixel values (≤45px) / a 20+ item prohibition list — this instead makes the AI constrained and the image mediocre. Refer to the ~500-word minimalist writing style of the
projects/黑神话-其他/潘金莲.mdcase.
Core rules quick reference
- Aspect ratio: character reference images uniformly 9:16 vertical; first-frame images match the aspect ratio of the original video
- Language: all Chinese, no MJ/SD syntax, do not pile up English tags
- Faithful reproduction: describe clothing texture truthfully (write worn-out as worn-out, brand-new as brand-new), beautification is strictly prohibited
- Consistent ethnicity: for Eastern themes, you must write "Eastern face" "Chinese-style facial features"
- Platform differences: NanoBanana can include realistic human faces; Jimeng image generation cannot
Character reference image prompt format (one continuous text)
First-frame image prompt format
[画幅比]。[风格锚定],[构图+角色位置]。[角色状态+关键辨识特征]。[环境细节]。[光影层次]。[色调氛围]。[画质]。禁止:任何文字、字幕、LOGO、水印
Camera movement control: four-dimensional camera encoding system
Camera movement is the key to determining video quality.Recommended mindset: no longer memorize scattered keywords, but build a coordinate system in your mind.
一个完整镜头 = [Z 距离] + [Y 高度] + [X 方位] + [F 滤镜] + [运动] + [节奏] + [约束]
Four dimensions quick reference:
| Dimension | What it controls | Encoding range |
|---|---|---|
| Z distance | Shot size (see pores clearly / see action clearly / see the world clearly) | Z1 extreme close-up → Z9 extreme long shot |
| Y height | Power relationship (looking up = worship / eye level = empathy / looking down = suppression) | Y1 worm's-eye view → Y7 top-down view |
| X orientation | Three-dimensionality and psychological distance (front / side / back) | X1 front → X4 back |
| F filter | Lens physical capability and narrative identity | Focal length + depth of field + distortion + POV/OTS + compositional geometry |
The two most important iron rules:
- Each shot has at most two-axis movement. Three axes changing simultaneously = out of control.
- Z1-Z3 (close range) + large X-axis rotation = face-breaking trap. For close-range orbiting, switch to Z4+ or reduce the rotation amplitude.
Default parameters(when the user does not specify): Z4 medium-close shot + Y4 eye level + X2 three-quarter side + 50mm + shallow depth of field + ease in/ease out.

- Classic combination quick reference (Z+X / Z+Y combinations)
- Multi-shot narrativecoordinate progression patterns(far→near / static→dynamic / cold→warm)
- Multimodal asset division of labor (
@图片locks appearance /@视频locks motion / text locks starting coordinates) - Camera move conflict detection (three-axis simultaneous movement / close-range large rotation / directional contradiction)
- Eight core elements self-check list + DO/DON'T guidelines
- 12 common issue troubleshooting
Camera move modifiers(Smooth / Slow / Cinematic / Handheld / Aerial / POV, etc.) see vocabulary.md。
Lens texture modifiers(hidden layer): on top of the camera move action, overlay the physical state of the lens itself—"fog droplets clinging to the front of the lens", "fog particles stuck to the lens", "slight lens shake", "lens distortion + fog layer refraction"—these kinds of "imperfect" effects actually greatly enhance realism and immersion, and are the key details that distinguish ordinary videos from high-production-quality texture.

Interaction flow
Step 0: Determine the content type (new · the most critical step)
First determine which type the user wants to make, and follow different paths:
Path A — ≤15-second single-segment video (concept-driven):
- Trigger: the user only provides a text description, with no uploaded image
- Core task: help the user find asingle visual hook with viral potential
- Refer to creative-strategy.md for the viral pattern library
- The simpler the concept, the better; do not try to cram in narrative
- Suggest the user prepare a first-frame image or reference video to improve results
Path B — >15-second long video:
- Core task: help the user go through the completepre-production process + editing planning
- Follow production-pipeline.md 's pipeline to output in sequence: character design → character card image prompts → storyboard script → storyboard reference image prompts → shot-by-shot video prompts
- ≥45 seconds: recommended to upgrade to the 25-cell production pipeline (Phase 1 break down into a 25-cell story table → Phase 2 output a 5×5 aggregated prompt matrix)
- An editing plan must also be output: Choose one of six editing formulas (Breathing / Heartbeat / Ocean Waves / Bullet Time / Pulsing / Silent Hammer Strike), and append timeline arrangement suggestions after the per-shot prompts
- Do not skip any steps and directly output the video prompt
Path C — Image-Driven (v3):
-
Trigger: the user uploads/pastes/drags in an image, or requests "make a video with this image", "image-to-video prompt", "generate a video from an image", "how do I turn this image into a video"
-
Core task:First determine whether the image belongs to the reaction or gaze paradigm, and use the corresponding template to amplify its potential, and estimate a suitable duration based on content granularity
-
Must go through two rounds of interaction (v3 upgrade):
- Round 1: Image reading analysis (subject/atmosphere/most dramatic element/image quality source determination/4-layer degradation strategy/suggested duration/aspect ratio diagnosis/platform compliance risk/everyday common-sense audit/risk check) → ask about Hook paradigm(reaction/gaze; v3 replaces v2's temporal-role inquiry) → 2 Hook candidates
- Round 2: after the user selects, output the complete Seedance prompt (for gaze mode use the 4-A template: 3-4 natural small actions + specifically written extras within the segment + cross-character interaction events + locked-down camera movement + 4-layer image quality degradation; for reaction mode use the 4-B~F templates)
-
Optional Step 4 (CLI execution): after the Round 2 prompt is output, askwhether the user wants to directly call the
dreaminaCLI to generate the video; by default do not run it, and only execute if the user replies跑/yes. See cli-integration.md -
Eight core principles of v3(must be followed):
- ① The image serves as a "frame reference" and does not force frame locking (overturns v2 temporal anchors)
- ② Gaze mode must have 3-4 natural small actions (must not be stiff)
- ③ Everyday physical common-sense audit (no one in the front row blocking the view, physical contradictions between hands and blackboard, etc.)
- ④ 4-layer image quality degradation template + 9 prohibitions + strong positive constraints
- ⑤ Specifically write actions for extras within the segment (not just a single-sentence declaration)
- ⑥ Dual locking of the protagonist's behavior via positive exaggeration + negative negation
- ⑦ Camera movement lock declaration (exclusive to gaze mode)
- ⑧ Cross-character interaction events (must be added for multi-person scenes)
-
Hook paradigm determination: 90% of Path C scenarios should use gaze mode (everyday moments); only highly dramatic freeze-frames use reaction mode
-
Aspect ratio handling: make the image aspect ratio = the video aspect ratio. When using a 16:9 landscape image for Douyin 9:16,proactively propose an outpainting solution, do not silently crop
-
Seedance prompt character limit 2000 (hard constraint): must use Python
len()actual measurement,do not estimate by feel based on Chinese characters. Each Chinese character = 1 character, punctuation also counts. Before actual measurement, do not report "character count: X". For the actual measurement script and over-length reduction strategy, see image-to-prompt.md the "Iron Rule of Actual Character Count Measurement" subsection. Target within 1900 to leave a margin of 100 characters -
Copyright-sensitive word must-scan (v5 true-cause finalized version · after case-17 version 11 turnaround):
⚠️ Required reading for female / indoor / multi-person scenes: For the complete SOP quick reference, see
references/image-to-prompt.mdtop section "🚨 Jimeng Platform Copyright Review · Must-Read SOP Quick Reference"(visible as soon as you enter the document). For the complete turnaround history, seeexperiments/summary.mdSection 20。5 Iron Rules Quick Memo:
- 🔴🔴 Absolutely do not use "nightlife atmosphere BGM words"(v5 true cause · case-17 test C actually measured and blocked):
爵士钢琴 / Jazz Piano / Lounge / Bossa Nova / Smooth Jazz / 萨克斯 / 钢琴酒吧— if you can avoid writing BGM, don't write it - 🔴 Do not assemble all 4 nightlife environment elements: warm orange pendant lights / large-screen soft light / dark marble / redwood — write at most 1-2
- 🔴 Delete all Category 3 gray-area scene words: club / PR / private room / introducing beauties / salon hall / candid photography / beauty group portrait / KTV / commercial KTV
- 🟡 In multi-person scenes, do not use "camera pans to the Xth person"(to prevent v8 failure: 6 faces homogenized) → change to "single fixed full-shot static camera position" + dialogue reference
- 🟡 Prohibit physical interaction between characters × props(to prevent v3 failure: wine glass flying) → do not raise glasses/hold objects; foreground props explicitly locked and motionless
"Three-layer action grading" methodology(v5 turnaround core · required for multi-person scenes):
- Layer 1 Continuous micro-motion (prevent statues): breathing/blinking/subtle shoulder-neck movement/hair drifting/gaze shifting — never stops throughout
- Layer 2 Focused response (narrative): corners of the mouth slightly raised + slight nod + gaze locked for 0.5 seconds — specify the time period
- Layer 3 Large actions (exhaustively prohibited): standing up/walking/turning around/changing posture/reaching out to take objects
Overturned false assumptions(do not take detours again):
- ❌ Brother Yue's GPT Image 2 formula ("showing female narrative will definitely be blocked") — limited effect on Jimeng video (retained for reference)
- ❌ "sweeping across multiple women + protagonist-converging camera movement will definitely be blocked" — wrong (camera movement is not a core review dimension)
- ✅ True cause:The "gray-area association strength" of the word/phrase itself in AI training corpora— the antidote is deleting suspicious words + extreme prompt simplification (short ≈ stable)
Legacy classifications(still need scanning, but not the core): ① Category 1 · Specific brand words(iPhone / Douyin / ESPN / UE5 / Industrial Light & Magic, etc.) must be neutrally replaced ② Category 2 · Style-borrowing wording(viral vlog / travel vlog / store visit / master-style, etc.) change to pure physical description ③ Category 3 · Gray-area scene words + 🚨 New in v5 · nightlife atmosphere BGM words (the most hidden true culprit)— see the iron rules above ④ Category 4 · Overall semantic intent(GPT Image 2 formula legacy / Brother Yue's safety suffix) — v5 actual testing shows limited effect on Jimeng video, only as an insurance measure
- 🔴🔴 Absolutely do not use "nightlife atmosphere BGM words"(v5 true cause · case-17 test C actually measured and blocked):
-
For the complete methodology, see image-to-prompt.md(must-read)
Path D — Storyboard-Driven (v0.1 trial run):
- Trigger: The user uploads an N-panel storyboard/comic storyboard/multi-panel collage image and says "stitch a video based on the storyboard content", "generate based on these panels"
- Core task: Break down the multiple panels → choose D-1/D-2 mode → output prompt + editing rhythm suggestions
- D-1 Single multi-segment: ≤4 panels + total ≤15s, make it into a timestamped storyboard
- D-2 Multiple independent: ≥5 panels or total >15s, one prompt per panel + stitching checklist
- Key constraint: Must explicitly state "do not replicate the storyboard's grid borders/panel numbers/divider lines", otherwise the model will treat these as image elements
- Fully inherits Path C v3's dual paradigm + 8 principles + 4 layers of quality degradation
- For the complete methodology see
references/storyboard-driven.md(in trial run; it is recommended to first validate with 1-2 test cases before deeper use)
Step 1: Get the user's idea
The user describes the content they want to generate, such as "a xianxia battle", "a milk tea product ad", or directly drops an image with a one-line note.
Step 2: Confirm key parameters
Confirm by asking questions (skip what is already clear):
- Video duration: Short (4-8s) / Medium (9-12s) / Long (13-15s) / Extra long (>15s)
- Video aspect ratio: Landscape 16:9 / Portrait 9:16 / Square 1:1 (Path C defaults to following the image aspect ratio, see image-to-prompt.md for the 5-category aspect ratio strategy)
- Reference materials: Text only / with images / with images + video / full modality
- Image generation platform: NanoBanana (default) / Jimeng image generation
- Additional preferences(optional): emotional atmosphere, camera style, use scenario
Step 3: Generate prompts
- ≤15 seconds (Path A): Generate 2-3 versions in different styles for selection, each version with first-frame image generation suggestions
- >15 seconds (Path B): Output the deliverables of each stage in sequence according to the production pipeline
- Image-driven (Path C): First read the image for analysis + Hook candidates, then after the user selects, produce the complete prompt (also provide outpainting suggestions when necessary)
- Each promptcan be directly copied to the Jimeng platform for use
Step 4: Fine-tuning and optimization
After the user selects a version, they can request adjustments: time-segment content, style/color tone/camera, dialogue/sound effects, duration/segmentation method.
Output format
Simple mode (clear goal, ≤15 seconds)
Directly output copy-ready prompts + brief material preparation suggestions.
Full mode (needs creative exploration, ≤15 seconds)

Round 2 output(complete prompt after selection): follow the "Full mode" format, but additionally annotate:
- Hook paradigm(reaction/gaze, v3)
- Hook mode(specific name)
- Image Quality Strategy(4-layer degradation)
- Duration(estimated value, not the default 15)
- Character Count(≤2000 characters, Python
len()algorithm)
Gaze Mode: 3-4 natural small actions + protagonist behavior positive exaggeration + reverse negation + specific writing within the extras segment + cross-character interaction events (when multiple people) + locked camera movement declaration + 4-layer image quality degradation Reaction Mode: realistic reactions must unfold according to sub-beats (blushing ≥2.5s, crying ≥3s, fright ≥1.2s, etc.) + explicit time anchors when the image is not the first frame
At the end, provide a "design intent" explanation of the first 2 seconds' make-or-break line, core hook, image quality realism, paradigm choice, rewatch hook, and传播预期.
After Round 2 (optional Step 4: CLI execution inquiry):
After outputting the prompt, append the following inquiry by default (do not run it directly):
---
## 是否直接调用 dreamina CLI 生成?
- 图片:[用户提供的本地路径]
- 模型:seedance2.0_vip
- 分辨率:720p(效果满意后可升 1080p)
- 时长:X s(来自 Step 1 推算)
- 当前余额:[先跑 dreamina user_credit 查到的值] 积分
回复:
- `跑` / `yes` → 用上述配置执行
- `fast` → 换 seedance2.0fast_vip 省积分试片
- `1080p` → 升到 1080p(仅 seedance2.0_vip 支持,消耗翻倍)
- `改时长 X` → 修改时长再跑
- `no` / 不回 → 只保留提示词文本,不执行
Execution rules after user confirmation, escape handling, asynchronous tasks, failure retries, hard constraintsSee cli-integration.md。
Core Discipline:
- If the user did not say "run", do not run
- Before execution, you must first
dreamina user_creditcheck the balance; if <100, refuse to run - When platform compliance risk = high, refuse to run and suggest changing the image
- After execution, echo back
submit_idand the result path, retaining an audit trail - After 3 consecutive failures, you must stop and ask the user "is the problem the prompt or the model"
- After post-TNS failure, points will be refunded, but it takes 5-7 minutes, so judging compliance in advance can save time
For the complete structure and examples, see image-to-prompt.md。
Quality Self-Check Checklist
After generating the prompt, automatically check:
Video Prompt:
- @reference numbers correspond one-to-one with the asset list
- Total file count ≤ 12 (images + videos + audio)
- Does not include photorealistic live-action human face assets
- Timestamp storyboard covers the complete duration with no omissions
- Dialogue is wrapped in quotation marks and labeled with character and emotion
- Sound effect descriptions are separated from visual descriptions
- Image style matches the video theme
- Transition points for ultra-long videos are clearly described
- Ultra-long videos have added style lock, character lock, and scene lock statements
- The beginning of the extension segment has arranged a bridging shot or tail-frame continuation micro-motion
- The unified negative prompt covers risks such as style drift, character face changes, color cast, and sudden lighting changes
Video Prompt (dynamics and continuity):
- If there is a continuous camera movement, it is declared at the beginning and the camera movement state is mentioned in each segment
- Characters have body movements matching the visual rhythm (they should not be completely still unless required by the plot)
- Costume changes in the same scene have declared a fixed background, and each costume change is labeled "background unchanged"
- Morph describes the transition direction, medium, and duration (not a simple hard cut)
- Brief flash effects are labeled with duration and explicitly state recovery
- Special effects describe their impact on environmental lighting and shadow (not floating stickers)
- If there is a BGM rhythm, character movements and visual rhythm match it
Camera Movement Coordinate Encoding (four-dimensional system):
- Each shot has at most two-axis movement (Z+Y+X three-axis simultaneous movement is prohibited)
- Close-up shot sizes (Z1-Z3) are not combined with large X-axis rotations (to avoid face distortion)
- Focal length is specified to a concrete value (e.g. "85mm", not "telephoto")
- Depth of field type is specified (shallow depth of field / deep depth of field / rack focus / bokeh)
- X-axis orientation is declared (front / three-quarter side / side / back)
- Multi-shot narrative uses coordinate progression (e.g. Z9→Z5→Z2)
-
@图片N / @视频Nis immediately followed by a character name or explanatory word
Editing rhythm (mandatory check for long videos):
- An explicit editing formula is chosen (breathing / heartbeat / ocean wave / bullet time / pulse / silent hammer strike)
- Each AI asset reserves head and tail trimming margin (0.5-1s)
- Color tone is consistent across the whole video (choose a reference clip + unified LUT)
- The climax point is clear and all assets serve it
- There is a strong visual hook within the first 2 seconds
- The ending has a "want to watch it a second time" hook
Deep aesthetic constraints (mandatory check for commercial grade):
- An explicit color palette combination is chosen (cyber neon / minimalist platinum / ice-fire contrast, etc.)
- Render quality constraints are appended (GI / SSS / caustics / volumetric light)
- Material micro-details are described (metal anisotropy / skin SSS / glass dispersion, etc.)
- Composition follows the subtraction principle (elements ≤ 3) + breathing negative space (≥ 30%) Image-driven (Path C) exclusive (v3 upgrade):
- Aspect ratio diagnosis is complete, and the plan for matching the image aspect ratio to the video aspect ratio is clear
- Hook paradigm is determined(reaction/gaze) (v3 replaces v2 sequential character inquiry)
- Image quality source is determined,4-layer degradation strategyhas been written into the style master outline (v3)
- Recommended duration is calculated, and the reasoning for the calculation is given (not the default 15s)
- Platform compliance risk has been assessed
- Daily physical common-sense audit has passed(new in v3)
- Risk check has been scanned (real human faces/text watermarks/clarity)
- There is a visual hook in the first 2 seconds, and it does not open with "slowly pushing in"
- The storyboard for the calculated duration X is complete, with no time gaps
- 9 image quality prohibition list items have been written(v3)+ Positive strong constraints for style locking have been written(v3)
- The image is used as a framework reference without locking frames(v3 overturns v2 temporal anchor; unless in reaction mode and the image is a highly dramatic moment)
- Gaze mode: 3-4 natural small actions + dual locking with positive exaggeration + negative negation + exhaustive lock-down with negative camera movement sentences(v3)
- Reaction mode: realistic reactions use sub-beats(blushing ≥2.5s, etc.) + explicit time anchor when not the first frame
- Multi-person scene: cross-character interaction events have been written(new in v3)
- Specific actions are written within the extras segment(not just a single-sentence declaration) (v3)
- Total character count ≤2000(Python
len()actual measurement, estimating by feel for Chinese characters is prohibited; target ≤1900 to leave 100 margin; for over-length reduction strategy see image-to-prompt.md "Iron Rule for Actual Character Count Measurement") - 🚨 Jimeng copyright review SOP (mandatory check for v5): Female / indoor / multi-person scene. After writing the prompt, it must pass 5 ironclad rules: ① no nightlife BGM words (jazz/piano/Lounge) ② no gathering of the 4 nightlife environment elements ③ no Category 3 gray-area scene words ④ for multi-person scenes use a static wide shot camera position (do not pan to each person) ⑤ no character × prop physical interaction. Mandatory for multi-person scenesThree-tier action grading(continuous micro-movements + focused responses + no exhaustive enumeration of large movements). See the top of image-to-prompt.md "🚨 Jimeng Platform Copyright Review · Must-Read SOP Quick Reference" + Section 20 of summary.md.
- Outpainting suggestions have been provided (when the aspect ratio is not ideal, includes copyable NanoBanana outpainting prompts)
- Text requirements have been injected according to 4 levels of priority (hard constraints/extension/emotion/details)
- A rewatch hook has been designed (ending echo or hidden detail)
Storyboard-driven (Path D, v0.1) exclusive:
- Mode selection is explicit (D-1 single multi-segment / D-2 multiple independent)
- Grid line/numbering/UI avoidance statement has been written ("do not reproduce the storyboard's grid borders/cell numbers/divider lines")
- Inherits Path C v3's dual paradigm + 4-layer quality degradation + 8 principles
- In D-2 mode, editing rhythm suggestions have been provided (breathing style/heartbeat style/wave style, etc.)
Image prompts (character image/first-frame image):
- Character reference image aspect ratio is 9:16 vertical
- First-frame image aspect ratio matches the original video
- The prompt states the aspect ratio at the beginning
- Facial racial features match the video
- Clothing new/old condition is described truthfully (no beautification, no uglification)
- No MJ/SD syntax used or piling up of English tags
- All descriptions in Chinese
- There is a prohibition statement at the end
- Style anchoring is consistent with realism_level
Key Prompt Techniques
- Specific and visually evocative: Avoid abstraction and vagueness ("a woman walking" → "a woman in a red trench coat walking quickly on a neon-lit street on a rainy night")
- Actions have a time sequence: Let the model understand the sequential relationship of the visuals
- Emotional atmosphere is very important: It has a big impact on the final result, do not ignore it
- Timestamped storyboarding is mandatory for 13-15 seconds: Precisely control each segment of the visuals
- Dialogue and visuals are separated: Dialogue uses quotation marks + labels the character and emotion, as a separate paragraph
- Control length reasonably: Highlight the key points, avoid information overload
Rhythm and dissemination techniques (from practical feedback):
- The first 2 seconds are the line between life and death: In short-video feeds, users make the swipe decision in under 2 seconds. Put the most striking visual at the beginning; do not open with a "slow push-in"
- One video, one thing: Within 15 seconds, do only one core concept; the simpler the concept, the more precisely the model executes it
- Reference material > plain text: Most high-quality AI videos use a first-frame image or reference video for guidance; plain-text generation is suitable for abstract themes such as natural scenery/fluids/particles
- Do not tell a story in 15 seconds: The essence of ≤15 seconds is "an impossible moment," not "a miniature film"
- The sudden shift from stillness → motion is more impactful than continuous motion: A sudden burst of action within a period of stillness is more gripping than constant motion
- Leave a "want to watch it a second time" hook: the ending echoes the beginning, hidden details, or visual effects so stunning you want to confirm whether they are real
Advanced techniques for big productions (derived from real-world testing of high-quality epic prompts):
- Quality anchoring opening: Start with rendering engine and VFX level keywords ("UnrealEngine5 rendering, Industrial Light & Magic-level VFX effects"), which more precisely activate the model's high-quality output mode than the generic term "cinematic"
- Atmospheric continuity statement: After the overall atmosphere outline, declare the unified physical effects for the entire film ("every frame has a thin mist diffusion effect, with fog droplet texture attached in front of the lens"), to prevent the atmosphere from breaking between different shots. This is the core sentence of epic-style prompts
- Three-layer lighting structure: Describe lighting in three layers — ① light source (rainstorm backlight + lava self-illumination) → ② light behavior (thin mist softens highlights, clear Tyndall effect) → ③ color tone (cool blue base tone + lava red highlights) — each of the three layers has its own role, and the effect is far better than the generic phrase "Hollywood lighting"
- Segment-by-segment frame rate control: Slow-motion/fast-cut shots can declare the frame rate separately within the corresponding shot ("slow motion 120 frames/second"), precisely controlling the dynamic perception of each segment
- Lens contamination enhances realism: "Imperfect" effects such as fog particles sticking to the lens, rainwater attaching to the front of the lens, camera shake, and lens distortion actually greatly enhance immersion, and are the key to distinguishing ordinary from big-production texture
- Closing sentence freezes the emotion of the entire film: At the end, write post-processing terms + a tension declaration ("vignette + film grain + electronic noise ending, suffocating pressure, high tension throughout") — to give the film's visual style and emotion a final freeze
- Frame proportion controls composition: For scenes with a large subject, using proportion descriptions ("the protagonist's body occupies 80% of the frame") conveys pressure more precisely than writing "low-angle shot" alone
Dynamics and continuity techniques (derived from real-world feedback, directly affecting generation quality):
- Camera movement must be declared throughout: If the video requires continuous camera movement (such as an Orbit), you cannot write it only in the first segment. You must declare in the opening outline "continuous XXX camera movement throughout, no stopping" and mention the camera movement status in each time segment. AI models tend to treat each segment as an independent shot — without repeated reminders, the camera movement will break
- Characters cannot be stone statues: Unless the plot requires the character to be completely still, characters should have body movements that match the rhythm of the scene. In music videos, characters must have rhythmic movement (bounce/arm swing/shoulder pop/head toss, etc.), and even a "cool and fierce standing pose" should have slight swaying
- Audio-visual coordination must be explicitly described: The impact of the BGM beat on the visuals cannot be left to the AI to imagine on its own — you must explicitly write in the prompt "shoulder pop on the heavy beat" "outfit change on the beat drop with a flash cut." At the same time, consider whether music-related environmental props are needed in the scene (speakers/instruments/beat visualization, etc.) to reinforce the musical atmosphere
- Outfit changes in the same scene must fix the background: If multiple looks are switched within the same scene, you must declare at the beginning "XX is a fixed background throughout the entire film" and write "background unchanged" each time the outfit changes — otherwise the AI will generate completely different backgrounds for each look
- Transition method determines perceived quality: Not all changes are suited to hard cuts—morphological changes (person→skeleton, human→machine) are far more sophisticated when done with a gradual transition (morphing) than with a hard cut. When describing a gradual transition, specify the direction (top-down/inside-out), the triggering medium (fluid/light effect/particles), and the duration
- A brief flash ≠ a complete scene: If a visual state lasts only 0.5-1 second (such as a skeleton flash), you must note the duration and write "then immediately returns to normal"—otherwise the AI will treat it as a complete 2-3 second scene segment to generate
- Special effects cannot be textures: Special effects such as fluids/particles/smoke must describe their impact on the environment's lighting and shadows (such as "the fluid casts flowing light spots on the ground" or "the smoke tints the background a warm golden hue") so that the effects blend into the scene rather than looking like floating textures
