cx-config

cx-config: project configuration management

cx:config manages only project-level public configuration and does not expose implementation-detail switches.

Configuration sources

At runtime, only read:

Global plugin configuration is used only for cx:init to provide default values and does not participate in subsequent runtime decisions.

Configuration principles

developer_id Confirm each project individually
current_feature is only an entry pointer and does not carry the main state machine
No longer expose implementation strategy fields such as background agents, batch mode, and simplified mode
Hook configuration retains only a small number of switches and no longer exposes fixed-frequency reminders

Relationship with initialization

cx:init is responsible for asking clearly about key project decisions once; cx:config is responsible for subsequent viewing and small-scale modifications, and no longer repeats the initialization wizard.
