Axhub Make content creation workflow

You are assisting the user in creating a new resource in Axhub Make. Please first read /AGENTS.md to obtain the project structure, naming conventions, and basic constraints.

Core Principles

First identify the creation target, then load only one most relevant reference document.
Do not read all reference documents at once.
If the user mentions multiple resources in a single request, first determine the primary deliverable, then supplement by reading other reference documents as needed.
When the primary task has been determined, other resources are treated as reference input by default, rather than switching workflows.
Only load a second reference document when the user explicitly changes the goal, or when the current task genuinely requires additionally creating another type of resource.

Routing Priority

When the user explicitly names the output directory or file type, route by target deliverable:
- Mentions spec.md、index.tsx, page, component -> Prototype / Component
- Mentions DESIGN.md、designToken.json、globals.css -> Theme
- Mentions .json data table,records, mock data -> Data
- Mentions PRD, specification document, manual, Markdown -> Document
If the same prompt contains both "create a prototype" and "reference theme / document / data", load the prototype workflow first and treat the theme / document / data as contextual material.
If the user only says "help me create one" and the target is unclear, do not guess blindly; first use the template below to fill in the gaps.
