Goal
Read-only diagnosis of the current book project: confirm whether the directories, files, JSON, SQLite, RAG configuration, Python dependencies, and Dashboard build artifacts that should exist at the current stage are complete.
Principles
- Read-only diagnosis: do not write project files, do not auto-repair, do not install dependencies, do not start the Dashboard.
- First
project-statusto get a short status, thendoctorto perform a stage-aware check. - Use
python -X utf8consistently to avoid Chinese path encoding issues. - Explain the impact and repair suggestions of missing items according to the stage inferred by runtime, and do not check a project that has just finished init as if it were a project with many chapters written.
Execution
Prepare paths:
export WORKSPACE_ROOT="${CLAUDE_PROJECT_DIR:-$PWD}"
export SCRIPTS_DIR="${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT:?}/scripts"
Short status:
python -X utf8 "${SCRIPTS_DIR}/webnovel.py" --project-root "${WORKSPACE_ROOT}" project-status --format summary
Standard health check:
python -X utf8 "${SCRIPTS_DIR}/webnovel.py" --project-root "${WORKSPACE_ROOT}" doctor --format text
For a specified chapter add --chapter {chapter_num}, for an in-depth health check add --deep。
Output method
The report includes: the current phase and target_chapter, whether there is a blocker, missing or abnormal file paths, whether the RAG / Python / Dashboard configuration is missing, and the impact and suggested repair action for each issue.
Do not perform actual repairs, and do not display or ask to paste API keys.
