WeCom Content Creation Pipeline

Through wecom-cli, operate WeCom smart sheets, documents, and to-dos to manage the entire content creation process from inspiration to complete plan.

Initial Configuration (Automatic Initialization)

Before performing any operation, first check whether the content pipeline configuration already exists in memory. If not, automatically create it according to the following process:

Step 1: Create Smart Sheet

Operation Process

In the following commands, <DOCID> and each <SHEET_ID> are read from content-pipeline-config in memory.

Mode 1: Idea Evaluation (Full Pipeline)

The user proposes an idea, and the AI automatically completes the entire process.

Interaction Process:

User: "I have a content idea. I want to write an article about AI Agent implementation in enterprises"
The AI performs the following steps

Step 1/5: Search for the latest topic developments

The AI scores from 5 dimensions (each 1-10):

Dimension	Weight	Description
Timeliness	25%	Whether the topic is currently popular
Differentiation	25%	How much similar content already exists
Audience Value	20%	Degree of attention from the target audience
Executability	15%	Richness of materials, difficulty of production
Extensibility	15%	Whether it can be split into a series

Step 5/5: Generate complete plan

Includes: title suggestions, content type, target word count, detailed outline.

Mode 2: Save Idea

Save the evaluation results to the idea library.

Mode 4: Create Tracking To-do

Create a WeCom to-do for the idea to track execution progress.

Practical Notes

Common Pitfalls

Do not pass key_type when updating — must include "key_type": "CELL_VALUE_KEY_TYPE_FIELD_TITLE"
When an API call fails — check the error code: 301085 means the docid is invalid (use the url instead); 2022004 means the field was not found (call add_fields first); 2022003 means the record does not exist (call add_records first). When encountering an error, first use smartsheet_get_sheet '{"url": "<URL>"}' to verify the table structure.
Evaluation score — stored as TEXT type, making it easier for AI to perform numeric comparison and sorting
Idea deduplication — before evaluation, first check the idea library and knowledge base to avoid duplicate topics
Status flow — inspiration → researching → proposal → in progress → completed/abandoned
options do not take effect when creating SINGLE_SELECT — smartsheet_add_fields the passed-in property.options will not pre-create options; options are automatically created when a record is first written via [{"text": "选项"}] . When creating a field, the property parameter can be omitted.
Knowledge base linkage — requires wecomcli-workflow-knowledge-base to be initialized before duplicate checking is possible
