When the user has explicitly requested an update, execute directly without repeated confirmation; when the host requires terminal permissions, the user decides in the permission window.
Update steps

Run:
npx -y skills add Leobai03/tc -g --all -
After success, read the repository root directory
VERSION, and tell the user the current version. If the current conversation has not reloaded the Skill, remind the user to start a new conversation before using it. -
On failure, only explain the shortest reason and the network, permission, or Node.js issues the user needs to handle, and do not paste irrelevant logs.
