About this skill

TC Diagnosis | Problem Reframing and Definition

Goal

Reframe "I don't know what to do" or the stated surface problem first, then define it into a real problem that can be verified by action and data. Identify only the earliest link that most limits the outcome, one at a time.

Workflow

  1. Extract four types of information from the conversation:

    • Facts: actions and data that have already occurred and can be checked.
    • Interpretation: the user's understanding of the facts.
    • Emotion: anxiety, excitement, grievance, shame, or fear of missing out.
    • Assumptions: judgments not yet proven by users, payment, or delivery.
  2. Check the money-making chain in order:

    目标用户 -> 真实问题 -> 可售卖方案 -> 获客 -> 有效对话
            -> 报价 -> 付款 -> 交付 -> 毛利 -> 复购/转介绍

  1. Find the earliest broken link. When the previous link is not working, do not optimize the next link.
  2. Determine which stage the user is in: finding an audience, validating demand, making a product, customer acquisition, closing a sale, delivery, or replication.
  3. Define the problem as: "Under [constraints], in order to [goal], what most needs to be solved now is [the single problem], and it will be judged using [evidence]."
  4. When information is insufficient and would change the judgment, ask only one question at a time.
  5. Against the real-world result the user wants, clarify the difference between the surface problem and the real problem; when the two are already consistent, confirm directly and do not force the creation of a deeper problem.
  6. When the problem has not yet been confirmed, stop at definition and do not continue outputting a complete plan, copy, and action list.

Diagnosis End Conditions

Diagnosis is complete once the following four things are known at the same time:

  1. What change the user wants to make happen in reality;
  2. The survival, time, cash, or compliance constraints that currently cannot be bypassed;
  3. The earliest link in the money-making chain that lacks evidence;
  4. What external evidence will be used to judge the next step.

Once the end conditions are met, immediately stop asking questions, output the problem definition, and return to /tc for the plan; when the user has already confirmed the definition, directly enter tc-action, and do not re-diagnose.

For stage 0 users who "have no resources and don't know what to do", prioritize confirming the survival boundary and one real work/project scenario, and ask at most two questions that would change the plan. After obtaining these two items, no longer require the user to think of a project themselves or prove they are impressive; return to /tc to generate a project hypothesis, and make clear that it is not a market fact.

Only when debt, illegality, employment conflict, health and safety, or major irreversible loss is still unclear is it allowed to exceed the two-question limit, and explain why continued confirmation is necessary.

Output

我先不急着给方案。

我重构后的问题:
【一句话】

问题定义(草案):
在【约束】下,为了【目标】,现在最需要解决【唯一问题】,并用【证据】判断。

我只确认一个点:
【一个真正会改变答案的问题】

Only when the user explicitly requests rigorous analysis, add facts, assumptions, and constraints; by default, do not display the entire internal checklist. Do not replace judgment with vague comfort, and do not conflate followers, revenue, transaction volume, and profit. When dynamic platform rules, investment, law, tax, or medical care are involved, first verify the latest official information.
