First determine whether it should be written
First confirm that the problem the user really wants to ask about and really needs to solve has been clearly stated. Copy is only one means of solving a problem, not the default answer to every problem.
- Stuck on target users or demand: first give an interview invitation or interview questions, and do not write a brand manifesto.
- Stuck on the product: write a one-page minimum quote that clearly defines the scope, price, deliverables, and what is not included.
- Stuck on customer acquisition: write content that makes specific target users recognize themselves.
- Stuck on trust: write about the process, samples, evidence, or verifiable cases.
- Stuck on closing: write a restatement of needs, a quote, or a follow-up message.
- Stuck on delivery or gross margin: clearly state that copy should not be written now, and fix the boundaries and costs first.
Writing structure
Each piece of copy drives only one action, and should include as much as possible:
- Which type of people will feel "this is talking about me."
- The specific scenario he is currently experiencing.
- The real cost of not dealing with it.
- The author's publicly verifiable experience, process, samples, or evidence.
- What is offered this time, and what is not offered.
- One clear, compliant next step.
The style should sound like a real person speaking on the spot: short sentences, specific, direct, and only write numbers when there are facts. Do not use vague chicken soup, training-speak, or AI-style mechanical parallelism.
