Chinese Domain Name Press Release Generator

Based on the xlsx file provided by the user, generate People's Daily-style Chinese domain name launch press releases one by one (.md format).

Step 1: Read the xlsx file

Run the scriptRead the contents of the xlsx file. What the script should do: print the header (first row), then read out the two columns of data, company name and Chinese domain name, row by row.

Example script (if the environment supports running Python):

import openpyxl
wb = openpyxl.load_workbook('用户文件路径')
ws = wb.active
headers = [cell.value for cell in ws[1]]
print("表头:", headers)
for row in ws.iter_rows(min_row=2, values_only=True):
    print(row)

If the environment does not support running scripts directly, you can:

  • Ask the user to paste the file contents as text
  • Use the file reading tool provided by the environment to read the xlsx directly
  • Ask the user to provide a CSV format alternative

Based on the header contents, intelligently identify the "company name" column and the "Chinese domain name" column (for example, if the column name contains keywords such as "company", "name", "domain", or "website").

Step 2: Collect company background information

For each company:

  1. Determine whether basic information about the company is already known (industry, main business, scale, etc.)
  2. If the information is insufficient, usethe internet search tools available in the current environmentto search public materials such as the company's official website, Baidu Baike, and corporate introductions
  3. Search keywords:[公司名称] 官网 介绍,[公司名称] 主营业务,[公司名称] 行业

Focus on collecting: the company's full name, main business, industry, enterprise scale, development highlights, and social contributions.

Step 3: Generate and save the press release

Write the article according to the writing guidelines below, but do not save it yet; proceed to Step 4 for de-AI-flavor processing.

Step 4: De-AI-flavor processing

After the article is generated and before saving the file, you must use humanizer-zh rules to remove AI traces from the full text, ensuring the final output is natural and smooth.

Processing workflow

  1. Scan the full text item by item against the "De-AI-Flavor Processing Guidelines" below
  2. Identify and mark all AI writing traces
  3. Rewrite problematic passages one by one, replacing them with natural expressions
  4. After rewriting, check: does it sound natural when read aloud? Is there variation in sentence rhythm?
  5. Once confirmed correct, create the file with the processed text and save it as 公司名称.md

Quick checklist

After processing is complete, confirm item by item whether the full text meets the standard:

  • Does not use exaggerated symbolic words such as "as/acts as/marks/witnessed/is the embodiment of"
  • Does not use high-frequency AI words such as "in addition/crucial/in-depth discussion/emphasize/enduring/landscape/key/showcase"
  • Does not use negative parallel structures such as "not only... but also..." or "this is not merely... but rather..."
  • Does not use superficial analytical sentence patterns ending with "demonstrates/ensures/reflects/symbolizes/contributes to/promotes"
  • Does not use vague attributions such as "experts believe/industry reports show/observers point out"
  • Does not use three-part lists (neat groupings in the style of "A, B, and C")
  • Dash usage frequency is normal, with no multiple consecutive dashes
  • No clichéd endings such as "in summary / in conclusion / believe / will surely"
  • No three consecutive sentences of the same length
  • Paragraph endings vary; not all are concise single-line closings

After each article is processed, the quality should meet: statements direct and not roundabout, sentence lengths alternating, no over-explanation, natural and fluent with no redundancy.

After processing is complete, inform the user "Generated: [filename].md", then continue processing the next item until all are completed.

Writing Guidelines

Article structure (pure paragraphs, no subheadings, no heading lines)

The main text consists of 5 natural paragraphs, with blank lines between paragraphs,no subheadings, heading lines, or numbering throughout:

Paragraph 1 (event report) Point out the core event: [company full name]'s official website officially launches the Chinese domain name [domain name]. The tone should be solemn with a news feel, using "recently" and "a few days ago" to introduce the time, and specifying the company name, domain name, and significance of the event. About 150-200 characters.

Paragraphs 2 and 3 (company or industry introduction) Introduce the company's background, main business, industry position, development achievements, and social value. The content should be specific and rich, giving readers a clear understanding of the company. About 400-450 characters in total.

Paragraph 4 (value of Chinese domain names) Naturally describe the important significance of .网址 Chinese domain names to the company, selecting 3-4 core points to integrate into the paragraph (do not list mechanically; narrate fluently):

  • Chinese domain names make web addresses "what you see is what you get"; users do not need to memorize English characters and can access directly by typing Chinese characters
  • Effectively prevent counterfeit websites and phishing scams, protecting brand and user rights
  • Highly bound to the brand name, it is the company's "digital identity card" on the internet
  • Helps reach Chinese users who are not accustomed to English, broadening the potential audience
  • Reflects the company's forward-looking awareness of digital transformation
  • The .网址 suffix naturally has high credibility in the Chinese-language context

About 200-250 characters.

Paragraph 5 (outlook and closing) Positively look forward to the company's future, pointing out the significance of this move for brand building, user service, and digital development. The tone should be positive and conform to mainstream media reporting style. About 100-150 characters.

Style requirements

Imitate the reporting style of People's Daily Online:

  • Language solemn and formal, objective statements, positive guidance
  • Precise wording, no internet slang
  • Appropriately cite data or background to increase authority

Each article must be different, creating diversity through the following methods:

  • Rotate entry angles: industry trends, company development, user needs, Digital China strategy... choose a different angle for each article
  • Paragraph order may be adjusted: the company introduction and the domain name value may swap positions
  • Opening sentence patterns should not repeat: the first sentence's sentence pattern and entry point must be clearly different in different articles
  • Different cited backgrounds: internet data, industry policies, company achievements, etc., used alternately

Prohibited:

  • Any subheadings ("I.", "[Background]", etc.)
  • Reporter names, source organizations, contact information, byline formats ("Reporter XXX", "Our newspaper reports")
  • Markdown format markers (## ** - , etc.), except for heading lines
  • Summary clichés ("in summary", "in conclusion")

Guidelines for removing AI flavor

The following 10 types of AI traces must be avoided during writing. After writing is complete, use the checklist in step four for final confirmation.

1. Exaggerated symbolic significance

Prohibited words: as/serves as, marks, witnessed, is the embodiment/proof/reminder of..., extremely important, crucial, core, key, highlights its importance, reflects a broader, symbolizes its eternal, contributes to..., lays the foundation for..., marks a shift toward..., ever-evolving landscape, indelible mark, deeply rooted in

Problem: These words magnify the importance of an event and make the article seem empty and pompous.

Before rewriting: This initiative, as proof of the company's digital transformation, marks its key role in the ever-evolving market landscape.

After rewriting: The company's official website has enabled a Chinese domain name, and customers can now access the website directly using Chinese characters.

2. High-frequency AI words

Prohibited words: in addition, align with..., crucial, delve into, emphasize, enduring, enhance, cultivate, obtain, highlight (verb), interaction, complex/complexity, key (adjective), landscape (abstract noun), pivotal, showcase, tapestry (abstract noun), prove, emphasize (verb), valuable, vibrant

Problem: These words appear at abnormally high frequency in AI-generated text, giving the article a machine-like feel.

Before rewriting: In addition, the company continued to enhance its product line, obtained high customer recognition, and showcased its key position in the industry.

After rewriting: The company's product line expanded from 3 to 8, with customers covering 20 provinces nationwide.

3. Negative parallelism

Prohibited structures: "not only... but also..." "this is not merely..., but rather..." "not just..., but even more..."

Problem: This sentence pattern is overused by AI and has become a fixed formula.

Before rewriting: This is not merely a domain name activation, but also an important step in corporate brand building.

After rewriting: After enabling the Chinese domain name, users can directly enter Chinese characters in the browser to access the website.

4. Superficial analysis ending in -ing

Prohibited sentence patterns: Phrases beginning with "demonstrating/ensuring/reflecting/symbolizing/contributing to/promoting/cultivating/encompassing/showcasing..." placed at the end of a sentence to add false depth

Before rewriting: The company launched a brand-new official website, demonstrating its determination for digital transformation.

After rewriting: The company launched a brand-new official website, and the homepage loading time dropped from 3 seconds to 0.8 seconds.

5. Vague attribution

Prohibited words: industry reports show, observers point out, experts believe, some critics believe, multiple sources/publications (with few actual citations), it is understood, it is reported

Problem: Attributing to vague authorities without providing specific sources.

Before rewriting: Industry experts believe that Chinese domain names help improve brand image.

After rewriting: According to statistics from the China Internet Network Information Center, more than 60% of users are more inclined to click on Chinese web addresses.

6. Rule of three

Problem: Forcibly dividing ideas into three groups to appear comprehensive.

Before rewriting: The product has three major features: high efficiency, stability, and security.

After rewriting: The product has passed national information security certification and has run continuously for 2,000 hours without failure.

7. Overuse of dashes

Problem: Dashes (—) are used too frequently, imitating a "forceful" copywriting tone.

Before rewriting: Chinese domain names—this "digital house number" on the Internet—are being recognized by more and more enterprises—especially small and medium-sized enterprises.

After rewriting: Chinese domain names are being recognized by more and more small and medium-sized enterprises and have become a "digital house number" on the Internet.

8. Filler phrases and excessive qualification

Prohibited/restricted phrases: in order to achieve this goal, due to the fact that, at this point in time, it is worth noting that, could potentially possibly be considered, to some extent, to a certain degree

Before rewriting: It is worth noting that this move by the company reflects, to some extent, the development trend of the industry.

After rewriting: The company is the third enterprise in the industry to enable a Chinese domain name.

9. Generic positive conclusions

Problem: The ending uses vague optimistic clichés with no substantive content.

Before rewriting: The company's future looks bright, exciting times are coming, reflecting the company's firm determination to pursue excellence.

After rewriting: The company plans to increase the proportion of its online business from 30% to 60% next year.

10. Promotional and advertising-style language

Prohibited words (exaggerated usage): has (exaggerated), vibrant, rich (metaphorical), profound, enhance its, showcase, embody, committed to, natural beauty, located in, at the center of, groundbreaking (metaphorical), famous, breathtaking, charming

Before rewriting: Located in a scenic industrial park, this vibrant enterprise has rich industry experience and profound market insight.

After rewriting: The company is located in Suzhou Industrial Park, was founded in 2015, and mainly serves manufacturing customers in East China.

Title specifications

The title must satisfy all of the following conditions at the same time:

  1. Must include the three core elements: enterprise name (abbreviation allowed) + "official website enabled" + Chinese domain name (e.g. 祥瑞塑料.网址)
  2. Must include additional modification: in addition to the three core elements, a modifier with substantive content must be added in the prefix or suffix, so that the title is full and layered and does not appear empty
  3. The four characters "中文域名" are prohibited: the term "中文域名" must not appear in the title
  4. Regional or industry descriptions are prohibited as modifiers: do not use modifiers that are purely regional or industry positioning, such as "Shandong packaging enterprise" or "deeply engaged in the environmental protection field"; the content of the modifier is not limited and may be any angle, such as brand building, development vision, user value, social significance, or strategic layout, as long as it is substantive and forms an organic connection with the enterprise or event
  5. Character limit: no more than 33 Chinese characters (the English symbol "." is not counted as a Chinese character)
  6. No spaces allowed: No spaces may appear in the title; all content must be written continuously
  7. Each article has a different format: The title structure of different articles must be clearly different; the same template must not be reused

Examples of modification angles for reference (only to open up ideas; each article should be freely created, and the same set of vocabulary should not be reused):

  • Brand building:[简称]官网启用[域名]夯实品牌网络根基
  • Development vision:[简称]官网启用[域名]开启高质量发展新篇
  • User service:[简称]官网启用[域名]提升用户访问体验
  • Strategic upgrade:[简称]官网启用[域名]完成网络形象全面升级
  • Social significance:[简称]官网启用[域名]助力网络身份安全认证
  • Prefix guidance:扎根行业三十年[简称]官网正式启用[域名](use the enterprise's own highlights as the prefix)

The above anglesare only reference directions, and when writing, you should create flexibly based on the enterprise's actual situation and the entry angle of the current article, and innovative expression is encouraged.

Examples of good titles (to get a feel for the overall style; must not be copied):

  • 祥瑞塑料官网正式启用祥瑞塑料.网址夯实品牌网络根基(25 characters)
  • 中能瑞斯官网启用中能瑞斯.网址构建企业专属数字门牌(25 characters)

Examples of bad titles (prohibited):

  • 祥瑞塑料官网正式启用祥瑞塑料.网址(no modification, too simple)
  • 山东包装企业祥瑞塑料官网启用中文域名祥瑞塑料.网址(contains regional and industry modification, and contains "Chinese domain name")

File naming rules

The generated .md fileis named after the article title(without any spaces). For example, if the title is "Shandong packaging enterprise Xiangrui Plastics official website officially launches Chinese domain name Xiangrui Plastics.网址", then the file name is 山东包装企业祥瑞塑料官网正式启用中文域名祥瑞塑料.网址.md。

Output file format

[文章标题]

[第一段正文]

[第二段正文]

[第三段正文]

[第四段正文]

[第五段正文]

The first line is the title, followed by a blank line and then the body. There is a blank line between body paragraphs. There are no Markdown markers in the text.

Exception handling

  • A row of data is incomplete(missing company name or domain name): skip and notify the user
  • No company information can be found: infer the industry based on the company name, generate reasonable content, and inform the user that "there is little public information about this company, and the content is based on inference"
  • The xlsx format is nonstandard: try to intelligently identify the columns, and if necessary ask the user which column is the company name and which column is the domain name
  • The environment does not support running Python: switch to a file reading method available in the environment, or request the user to provide the data
