peer-id-lookup — department name → peer ID auto-resolution

Just specify the department name and it calls mcp__claude-peers__list_peers and returns the peer ID.

Usage

Pass a department name (either Japanese or abbreviation works) and it returns the peer ID.

Resolution procedure

1. mcp__claude-peers__list_peers(scope: "machine") run
2. Match department name → CWD substring using the CWD pattern table below
3. Return the ID of the matched peer
4. If offline (not detected), explicitly state "currently offline"

When multiple hits occur (multiple instances of the same department running):

When offline:

video課は現在オフラインです（アクティブなピアなし）。
次回起動時にメッセージを送るか、kimnyに手動対応を依頼してください。

Notes

• The peer ID changes per session. Do not hardcode it
• list_peers is fetched in real time, so the result is as of the time of the call
• The CWD pattern table needs updating when the directory structure changes (managed by template department)
