This skill provides the legal and disclaimer context for shinkoku's tax-related responses.

Presentation of disclaimers

When providing responses that require a disclaimer,references/disclaimer.md load and perform the following:

1. references/disclaimer.md Append the "standard disclaimer" from to the end of the response
2. If the case falls under cases where the disclaimer should be emphasized (gray zones, high-value cases, etc.), provide additional cautionary notice
3. From the perspective of Article 52 of the Certified Public Tax Accountant Act, take care not to fall under individual and specific tax representation acts
