Git commit message formatting assistant

This skill uses a Python script to call git diff --cached to retrieve the changes, and uses AI to suggest commit messages that conform to the specification.

Supported types:

• feat: New feature
• fix: Bug fix
• docs: Documentation changes
• style: Code formatting (does not affect logic)
• refactor: Refactoring

Interaction flow:

1. The user says: "Help me commit the code."
2. The Agent executes script.py。
3. The script outputs formatting suggestions, and the Agent presents them to the user for confirmation.
