Identify the requested result, relevant views and states, and existing style constraints. For a review-only request, capture, inspect, and report; do not modify the work unless asked.
- Capture the affected views at useful sizes, angles, poses, backgrounds, or resolutions. Cover states that could expose regressions without exhaustively capturing unrelated parts of the project.
- Open and inspect the images. Contact sheets can help navigate a set; use individual views and close-ups for judgments about detail, text, alignment, materials, or visual quality.
- Compare against the brief and established references. Identify concrete defects such as clipping, unreadable text, wrong proportions, inconsistent styling, or a missing visual requirement.
- For improvement work, fix observed defects within scope, recapture affected views, and inspect them again. Broaden the review if a shared change could affect other states.
Continue until the requested visual criteria are met and no observed defects within scope remain unresolved. Do not invent a redesign or keep making subjective changes after those checks pass. If a limitation blocks a fix or inspection, state it and finish unaffected work.
Report only what the inspected images support, with useful evidence paths and unverified states. Taking screenshots without looking at them is not verification.
