This Skill only explains the question bank data interface, authorization, and field usage. It does not specify research methods, analysis processes, conclusion formats, or follow-up actions.
Access
Use a regular bind、IELTS_BUDDY_TOKEN and /api/v1/agent. First execute:
python3 scripts/ielts_buddy_api.py capabilities
It can be called only when the current account returns the following capabilities; if not returned, stop, and do not attempt to bypass permissions using the database, cookies, private interfaces, or ordinary question-practice interfaces. For details, seeAccess Boundaries。

Boundaries
- Read-only; do not import, modify, publish, hide, or archive question bank content.
- Does not return question-answering records, accuracy rates, or user behavior data.
