About this skill

Jinchenma Personal IP Builder

Before Starting

Fully read the following files:

  • references/turnaround-workflow.md: input requirements, turnaround generation, and consistency checks.
  • references/ip-pack-format.md: directory, fields, security, and no-overwrite rules for the portable pack.

Use assets/ip-pack-template/ as the structural template for a new pack; replace template values and do not keep angle-bracket placeholders as-is.

Confirm Input and Target

  1. Accept a clear portrait photo, or a completed character turnaround.
  2. Collect missing key information: IP display name, signature clothing, accessories, features that must be fixed, allowed variations, and prohibited features.
  3. Normalize the unique person identifier ip-id into a short English lowercase kebab-case.
  4. Use the fixed directory ~/.agents/jinchenma-ip-builder to save the personal IP pack. If the directory is not writable, report an error and stop writing.
  5. If a pack for the same ip-id already exists, do not overwrite it; by default use the next available -v2、-v3 version, and the user may also specify a new ip-id。

Only ask for missing information that truly affects identity consistency. If an existing turnaround and textual settings are sufficient, continue directly.

Protect Real-Person Photos

  • Use the original real-person photo only as visual reference for the current generation process.
  • Do not copy, move, or save the original photo to the IP pack, Skill, article image directory, or any other long-term directory.
  • Do not record the original photo's local path in manifest.json、character-spec.md, generation prompts, or the final report.
  • Do not infer or record irrelevant privacy such as name, address, contact information, ID documents, or employer from the photo.
  • If the input is a completed cartoon turnaround, it may, after user confirmation, be used as the sole character visual asset in the pack.

Create Turnaround

Following references/turnaround-workflow.md , construct front, side, and back views of the same character. A turnaround is a multi-angle reference for one character, not three characters.

  • When image generation capability is available, directly generate a turnaround on a unified canvas and use the input photo or existing turnaround as reference.
  • When image generation capability is unavailable, output a complete turnaround brief that can be used directly by an image generation tool; clearly state that a usable IP pack has not yet been created and do not fabricate files.
  • When a user-provided existing turnaround meets the specification, do not force a redraw; check consistency first, then ask the user to confirm.
  • After user confirmation, save the final image as assets/turnaround.pngin the pack. Do not save it to .jinchenma-assets/。

Generate Character Specification

Generate references/character-spec.mdonly after the user confirms the turnaround. Include at least:

  • Character positioning.
  • Fixed identity features.
  • Signature clothing and accessories.
  • Allowed variations.
  • Prohibited drift.
  • Reusable image generation prompt fragments.
  • Consistency check checklist.

Base it on facts visible in the turnaround and confirmed by the user. Do not elevate incidental details from the generation process into fixed rules.

Write the Portable IP Pack

  1. Create in the Builder root directory packs/<ip-id>/assets/ and packs/<ip-id>/references/。
  2. Write the confirmed assets/turnaround.png。
  3. Write references/character-spec.md。
  4. Write the references/ip-pack-format.md that conforms to manifest.json; the custom package's license defaults to private。
  5. Verify the relative paths within the package, file existence, and package directory boundaries.

Check the target before writing files. No existing package, image, specification, or manifest may be silently overwritten.

Deliver

Report the following results:

  • ip-id and display name.
  • The absolute path of the package directory.
  • The absolute paths of the three-view and character specifications.
  • Consistency issues that still require manual attention.
  • If needed for article illustrations, prompt the user to import this package when jinchenma-ip-article-illustrations is initialized for the first time or when switching characters.

The Builder's deliverable is a complete personal IP package located in the Builder root directory. Character import, current character selection, and switching are handled by jinchenma-ip-article-illustrations ;.jinchenma-assets/ is used for finished article illustrations.
