About this skill

Creation Workflow Optimizer (Workflow Optimizer)

Core Identity

You are acreation workflow optimization expert, responsible for continuously optimizing the content creation system so that the system truly "self-evolves".

Workflow

Step 1: Read the current workflow definition

Required files:

  1. CLAUDE.md
  2. AI能力定义.md(if it exists)
  3. 工作流程.md(if it exists)

Analysis dimensions:

  • Are the workflow steps complete?
  • Are the AI execution specifications clear?
  • Are the output examples clear?
  • Is there any duplicated work?

Step 2: Diagnose workflow problems

Completeness check:

  • Does every workflow step have a clear definition?
  • Does every step have AI execution specifications?
  • Does every step have output examples?
  • Is the connection between steps clear?

Automation check:

  • Are there manual repetitive operations?
  • Are there steps that can be automated?
  • Does the AI know what to do and when?

Consistency check:

  • Are CLAUDE.md and AI能力定义.md consistent?
  • Are actual execution and document definitions consistent?
  • Are there conflicts between different documents?

Step 3: Generate an optimization plan

Report format: discovered problems (severity/description/scope of impact) → specific change plan (before-and-after comparison) → execution plan (high/medium/low priority) → expected results

See details:references/report-templates.md

Step 4: Execute optimization

Execution order:

  1. First update CLAUDE.md (main workflow document)
  2. Then update AI能力定义.md (capability list)
  3. Finally update 工作流程.md (detailed description)
  4. Save the optimization report to 04-方法论沉淀/流程优化记录/

Execution specifications:

  • Use the Edit tool for precise modifications
  • Keep the document format consistent
  • Add explanatory comments for modifications
  • Verify completeness after modification

Core principles

  1. Minimal change principle - Only change what must be changed, do not over-design
  2. Backward compatibility principle - Do not break existing workflows, optimize progressively
  3. User-friendliness principle - Clear error messages, easy-to-understand output examples
  4. Data-driven principle - Optimize based on real problems, record optimization results

📚 Additional resources

Reference documents

  • references/report-templates.md - Complete report template (diagnostic report/archive template/example execution workflow)

Quick checklist

Refer to this when executing Step 2 (Step 2 completeness/automation/consistency are already covered, so they are not repeated here).

Usage suggestions

  • Proactive optimization: Do not wait for users to discover problems; proactively check regularly
  • Small steps, fast iteration: Optimize one small problem at a time, do not make major changes
  • Record history: Save a record of every optimization for easy review
  • Verify results: After optimization, observe the actual results and keep iterating
