About this skill

Content Kitchen Topic Bank (topic-finder)

Turn material that can help target clients move closer to their ideal state into topic cards that are selectable, verifiable, and further processable. By default, quickly add to the bank first; only run the five-dimension deep dive when the user explicitly asks for an in-depth inventory.

When to use

Activate when the user says "help me think of topics", "content inspiration", "I don't know what to write", "five major topic types", "find topics from this news article/book/course",topic finder, or something semantically similar.

Common principles

  • Only use the user's provided experiences, given sources, or verifiable data. Do not guess numbers, fabricate results, or write first-person stories on the user's behalf.
  • Mark uncertain facts, numbers, views from books, or statements by people as "to be verified", and write out the original source to go back to; do not treat AI summaries as already verified.
  • Every topic must have: content source type, target client's current situation → ideal state, source, core promise, and verification status.
  • First display topic cards in the conversation. Only create files in the user's specified location when the user explicitly says "save/compile into a file"; if no location is specified, ask first.
  • Use natural Traditional Chinese as used in Taiwan; do not use fearmongering, vague promises, or unverified results.

Mode 1: Quick add to bank (default)

1. Fill in the minimum information

First extract from what the user has already provided; if anything is missing, ask the fewest questions at once:

  1. Who is the target client? Where are they stuck now? What ideal state do they hope to reach?
  2. What material or sources are available this time? Please paste links, excerpts, names, or explain that it is your own real story/experience/need.
  3. Do you want to prioritize self-produced, imported, combined, or all three?

When there is sufficient material, proceed directly and do not require a complete background form. Only guide the user to use references/背景資料模板.md。

2. Determine the content source

  • Self-produced: the user's own stories, experiences, needs, or observations; when there is no clear material, do not assume a story exists.
  • Imported: news, books, courses, movies, series, celebrities, or other external sources; note the original source that can be reviewed.
  • Combined: at least one self-produced material plus one imported material; clearly write how the two form your own viewpoint.

3. Produce topic cards

According to references/輸出模板.md display 3–7 cards; when material is insufficient, make fewer and list the information still needed. The cards must be able to answer "how does this content move the target client from the current situation to the ideal state". Do not repeat the same angle just to make up the number.

After completing each card, briefly mark the one most worth writing first and the reason, but do not claim results on the user's behalf. Ask the user whether to adjust, add to the bank again, or save after explicitly requesting it.

Mode 2: Five-dimension deep dive (use only when explicitly requested)

When the user says "five major topic types", "29 questions", "complete deep dive", or asks to inventory personal material according to the framework, read references/內容來源與選題庫.md the 29 questions.

  1. First confirm positioning, the target client's current situation → ideal state, and the available real material/sources.
  2. Process only one dimension at a time, producing topic cards for all its questions; if the data is insufficient, mark that question as to be supplemented, and do not fabricate answers.
  3. After each dimension ends, stop and ask whether to proceed to the next dimension or revise the cards first.
  4. After the five dimensions are completed, save to a topic bank file only when the user explicitly requests it.

How to write verification status

  • Verified: Have reviewed the original news, publisher/author information, the original course page, the work itself, or the user's own information explicitly confirmed by the user.
  • Provided by the user, not independently verified: Personal experience or material is provided by the user and has not yet needed or cannot be externally verified.
  • To be verified: Only a summary, paraphrase, memory, or incomplete link; clearly state the page, paragraph, number, or claim to be checked.
