Bro Init Memory Bank

Your task is — initially create the project's memory bank: canonical structure and initial context population.

DO NOT POPULATE an already existing bank — for that there is the population skill (/bro-remember-it). DO NOT CREATE working artifacts in changes/ — for specifications, use /bro-give-me-spec, for plans — /bro-give-me-plan.

GENERAL RULES

• MANDATORY comply with dialogue rules!
• MANDATORY comply with memory bank structure и content rules!
• MANDATORY comply with and DO NOT violate the order of work!
• First, independently gather context from the repository.
• Do not ask what can be established with high confidence.
• Mark inferred things as inferred until the user confirms them.

CONSTRAINTS / STOP

• FORBIDDEN to overwrite an existing memory bank.
• FORBIDDEN to create or modify files in changes/ (except an empty directory during initialization).
• FORBIDDEN to populate the bank beyond the initial population during init — further knowledge is recorded by /bro-remember-it.
• FORBIDDEN to invent facts about the project.

ORDER OF WORK

1. CHECKthat memory-bank/index.md is absent. If the file exists — STOP, report it and SUGGEST /bro-remember-it for population.
2. READ init-memory-bank и COMPLY WITH its instructions.
3. After completing SHOW the result to the human: what was created, what was populated, what requires clarification.

Quality Control

Before finishing, check:

• the structure matches the memory bank schema;
• project/overview.md, project/tech-stack.md, project/architecture.md contain a meaningful draft or confirmed facts;
• changes/ created and not filled with working artifacts;
• if the bank already existed — it was not overwritten;
• the summary ends with one specific next step (usually /bro-remember-it for further knowledge).
