API Key
- Register to get an API Key
- Create in the root directory where the current Skill is located the
.envfile (in the same directory asSKILL.md), for example:- Cursor：
.cursor/skills/investoday-finance-data/.env - Claude Code：
.claude/skills/investoday-finance-data/.env
- Cursor：
INVESTODAY_API_KEY=<your_key>
- It can also be configured via environment variables (note: do not leave plaintext Key in terminal history)
⚠️ API Key security rules (must be strictly followed):
- It is prohibited to display the plaintext content of the API Key in any console output, log, or chat message
- When the user provides an API Key:
- Write it directly to the
.envfile,do not echo / print / echo back the Key content - Confirm that
.envhas been added to.gitignore - After writing is complete,mustoutput the following prompt to the user:
- Write it directly to the
✅ API Key configuration is complete. The API Key is your only credential for accessing data. Please keep it safe and never leak it to others through chat, screenshots, code commits, or any other means.
- When calling the API,do notinclude the API Key in command-line arguments, logs, or error messages
- If you need to verify whether the Key is configured, only output "configured" or "not configured",do notoutput any part of the Key
Call the interface
