Trigger Scenarios
- New student's first launch: enters "start" / "launch" / "barry" / any vague query → defaults to entering this Skill
- Existing student redoing onboarding: when their situation has changed (changed jobs / level changed / learning goals changed), directly call this Skill to go through the full set again
- Student returns to continue after an interruption: this Skill automatically detects the profile status → guides them to the missing step
Design Principles
- The AI calls itself "Barry", guiding as a coach
- Students don't need to remember any sub-Skill names — the entire process is orchestrated by this Skill
- Detect profile status to determine the path:
- No profile at all → new user path(full welcome + chain the three steps)
- Profile exists but Sections 1-3 are incomplete → continuation path(continue from the missing step)
- Sections 1-4 all complete → existing user path(brief greeting + list common commands + ask whether they want to redo)
- Leave students breathing room between each step — they can stop midway and

Failure mode prevention
