This skill is hooks/genshijin-stats.js provided by (called whenhooks/genshijin-mode-tracker.js が /genshijin-stats is detected). The hook returns stats already formatted with decision: "block" as the reason → the user sees the numbers immediately. Nothing needs to be done on the model side.
