testtask (v1)

Commands

• testtask list — List test tasks
• testtask get — Get test task details

Core Concepts

• Testtask: The unit used in ZenTao to manage testing tasks.
• Relationship with executions: Test tasks are associated with a specific project and execution.
• Test task status: wait / doing / done / closed

Testtask Status Values

Status	Chinese	Description
wait	Waiting	The testing task has not started yet
doing	In progress	Testing is being executed
done	Completed	Testing has been completed
closed	Closed	The test task has been closed

Common Use Cases

1. View a project's test tasks

# 列出项目 1 下的所有测试单
zentao-cli testtask list --project 1

2. View details of a specific test task

# 获取测试单详情
zentao-cli testtask get 1

Gotchas

1. Project Required：testtask list You need to specify the --project parameter to filter test tasks for a specific project.

2. Difference from Testcase: Testtask is a testing task, while Testcase is a specific test case.

3. Execution association: Test tasks are associated with a specific execution/iteration through the execution field.
