CRITICAL — Before starting, you MUST first use the Read tool to read ../zentao-shared/SKILL.md, which contains authentication, environment variable configuration, error handling, and general options descriptions.

Commands

• project list — List all projects
• project get — Get project details
• project create — Create a new project
• project update — Update project information
• project delete — Delete a project

Core Concepts

• Project: An entity in ZenTao for organizing tasks and team members; a project can be associated with multiple products.
• Project ID: The unique identifier of a project, required when viewing tasks and team members.
• Relationship Between Project and Product: A project selects requirements from products to implement; one project can correspond to multiple products, and one product can also correspond to multiple projects.

Gotchas

1. Project vs Product: Distinguish between projects and products:

   • Product: Product perspective, focusing on "what features to build" (requirements)
   • Project: Project perspective, focusing on "how to implement these features" (tasks)

2. Status Filtering：--status The parameter supports wait、doing、suspended、closed four values, case-insensitive.

3. Project ACL: Projects have an access control level (acl); only project members or users who meet the permission conditions can view project details.

4. Team Members: Through the users field, a list of team members is returned; complete member details may require additional queries.

5. Project Manager: The PM field only returns the project manager's user ID; when needed, you can combine it with zentao-cli user get <id> to get more information.

6. Opened Date Format: The returned date format is the ZenTao API standard format and may need to be converted for display in the local time zone.
