Installs the server yandex-market-mcp-ru: 165 methods of the official API
(109 read, 49 write, 7 irreversible). The method catalog lives in YAML and
is executed by the server, so the agent gets several universal
tools rather than a separate function for each method.
Installation
The first release on PyPI is published with the tag v0.5.3, before that the package is installed directly from the repository:

After the release the line is shorter:

Where to get the keys
YANDEX_MARKET_API_KEY: API key from the partner cabinet, section Settings → API.
The second path, without environment variables: start the server and call
ym_add_cabinet. The keys will go into ~/.marketplace-mcp/cabinets.json
with permissions 600 and do not leave the machine. A second store is connected the same way.
What to ask the server
ym_search_methods("остатки по складам"): search for a method by words.ym_describe_method(...): parameters, pagination, access class.ym_call_method(...): call. Reading goes through immediately, writing asks for confirmation, irreversible asks twice.ym_check_auth: check that the keys arrived.
How to behave
First search for the method with the catalog, do not guess the name. Before writing, show the person what exactly will go to the API, and wait for consent: the gate will trigger anyway, but the person must see the request body before, not after.
Do not round the numbers from the response or recalculate them in your head. If the method returned an empty list, say so, instead of explaining it on the seller's behalf.
