Gut feeling about "what sells well" lies, but a warehouse full of stagnant goods does not. The skill looks at the numbers: what actually sold (and what got stuck), explains why, and assembles a two-week content plan — promote leaders, sell off slow-moving stock. Decisions based on data, not feelings.
Breakdown of arguments:
--lookback(default30d) — review window30d,60dor90d
Step 1 — Sales breakdown
Following the sales analysis workflow:
- Pull transactions from
~~платежи(YuKassa, Tinkoff Kassa) for the review window, grouped by item/service/SKU. - Pull revenue by category from
~~бухгалтерия(1C:Accounting, MoySklad). - Rank products by: total revenue, volume in units, and margin (if available in accounting).
- Calculate each product's share of revenue versus the previous equivalent period.
Top sellers: products that increased their share or held a top-3 spot. Weak sellers: products with declining volume or below 5% of revenue.
Step 2 — Seasonality check
- Compare the current period with the same period last year (if there is history in accounting).
- Flag items with a seasonal pattern (for example, a spike in Q4 (Oct–Dec), a decline in summer).
- Mark new products without enough history to determine seasonality.
Step 3 — Breakdown of "why"
For each top and weak seller, explain the likely reason:
- price change, promotion, new channel, seasonal demand, competitor move
- check against campaign activity in
~~crmfor the period - note where the reason is inferred logically and where it is confirmed
Step 4 — Two-week content brief
Assemble a ready-to-use content brief:
Контент-бриф на 2 недели — {диапазон дат, ДД.ММ.ГГГГ}
ПРОДВИГАЕМ (лидеры)
• {товар}: {предлагаемый угол} — {канал: e-mail|соцсети|оба}
• {товар}: {предлагаемый угол} — {канал}
РАСПРОДАЁМ (залежавшееся)
• {товар}: {акция или идея комплекта} — {канал}
КОНТЕНТ-КАЛЕНДАРЬ
Неделя 1:
Пн: {идея поста/письма}
Ср: {идея поста/письма}
Пт: {идея поста/письма}
Неделя 2:
Пн: {идея поста/письма}
Ср: {идея поста/письма}
Пт: {идея поста/письма}
Russian platforms: Telegram, VK, Yandex Zen, Avito. Email campaigns — Unisender, Sendsay. Remember ad labeling (ORD, token) for paid placements.
Example (illustrative, data is conditional)
Input: YooKassa export for 30 days, coffee shop.
Output (brief fragment):
Connector failures
If unavailable and ~~бухгалтерия, и ~~платежи — stop: sales analysis requires at least one revenue source. If one is connected — work with it and note "accounting is not connected — revenue data only from payments" (or vice versa). If there is no ~~crm — skip the reconciliation with campaigns in the "analysis of why" and note it.
Approval gates
- Never plan or publish content automatically. Brief is for the owner's review only.
- Do not create design mockups automatically — suggest assembling them via
~~дизайн(VistaCreate, Supa) after the brief is approved.
Conclusion
Show the sales analysis, then the content brief. Ask the owner whether to assemble mockups via ~~дизайн for some of the planned posts.
