Procedure
- Parse the price list. Any format: xlsx, csv, export from 1C. Find the columns for SKU, name, price and stock. Suppliers have different column names, determine by content, not by header.
- Match with what has already been created, so as not to create duplicates:
- Wildberries:
wb_content_cards_list - Ozon:
ozon_product_list - Yandex Market:
ym_get_offer_mappings
- Wildberries:
Match by barcode, then by supplier SKU, and only then by
name. Mark a match by name as inexact and show it to the person.
3. Calculate the price. Not a markup pulled out of thin air: take the category commission
(wb_get_api_tariffs_commission) and logistics (wb_get_api_tariffs_box), and
calculate the price from the required margin, not from the purchase price. Details — in the skill
unit-economics.
4. Show three lists before export: new, matched (we will update price and stock),
disputed (match only by name).
Export
Only after confirmation. New — via wb_content_cards_upload and similar,
prices — wb_prices_set, ozon_prices_update, ym_update_prices, stock —
wb_fbs_stock_update, ozon_stocks_update. All of this is a write, it goes through
confirm_write.
What to beware of
A supplier's price list is their stock, not yours. You can export it to the account as your own stock only if you have dropshipping and the supplier ships themselves. Otherwise you will get an order that you have nothing to fulfill with, and a marketplace fine. Ask about this directly, before exporting stock.
