ABCDE Rule Detailed Explanation

A - Asymmetry（不对称性）

Normal: When the mole is folded in half from the middle, both sides are basically symmetrical
Abnormal: The two halves of the mole are asymmetrical, and the shape is irregular

B - Border（边缘）

Normal: The border is clear, smooth, and regular
Abnormal: The border is blurred, irregular, jagged, or scalloped

C - Color（颜色）

Normal: The color is uniform, usually brown, black, or skin-colored
Abnormal: The color is uneven and contains multiple colors

D - Diameter（直径）

Normal: The diameter is usually less than 6mm
Abnormal: The diameter is greater than 6mm, or has significantly increased recently

E - Evolution（变化/进展）

Normal: Stable over the long term, with no obvious changes
Abnormal: Recent changes in size, shape, color, thickness, or sensation
