The "Consuming skill" table above is a derived version (inferred from which skill references which reference file); the canonical source is each reference file itself. pk-lint rebuild-index regenerates this table by reverse grep (see pk-lint/SKILL.md, section "Sub-mode: rebuild-index"). When they diverge, the actual grep wins.
