Shared rules and lifecycle entry point. Contains only global constraints, authentication, output, security, updates, and Skills management; does not host business data-retrieval routing.

Boundary Statement

Business data-retrieval requests must switch to the symbol, market, special-data, financials, index, fund, futures, options, valuation, data, or research skill.
Users may provide the API Key to the Agent context for convenience; the Agent does not repeat it and notes that the chat platform may retain message records. Do not write the Key into command parameters, project configuration, logs, Markdown, Git, or other shareable content; for local configuration, prefer stdin, a user-level persistent source, or the system credential store.
Do not expand stderr update prompts, diagnostic details, or complete large data results as-is as the final answer.
