Skill System
Skills are Markdown files with YAML frontmatter.
- helloagents: checklist-driven quality gatekeeping (automatically loaded on every conversation)
- hello-*: quality skills (automatically activated based on the task, providing implementation requirements and delivery checklists)
- commands/*: invoked by the user via ~command
Skills are loaded on demand, not preloaded.
Frontmatter Fields
- name: skill name (required)
- description: skill description, used by the metadata layer to determine relevance (required)
- policy.allow_implicit_invocation: whether implicit activation is allowed (false = explicit invocation only). Defaults to true when omitted (hello-* quality skills are automatically activated based on the task). commands/* must be explicitly set to false (invoked only via ~command)
