Bibliographic search

General publication site advanced query, not a "personal list skill". A personal public list is just one use case.

First Read prompts/patent_search.md。 when the user provides a single figure or claims, then Read prompts/derived_query.md。

By default, minimize page turning

• The threshold is in config.yaml：max_pages(default 3);max_pages_hard(default 20) is enabled only when "N pages total" cannot be detected.
• page_size is only a fallback when "N items per page" cannot be detected; do not use it to estimate the total number of items.
• When the user says in the conversation "turn a few more pages / turn 5 pages" → pass --max-pages N(normal search is still subject to the hard limit); or change config.yaml。
• Do notcrawl all pages right from the start. Only add when the user explicitly requests an exhaustive list --complete。
• --complete If the first page shows "N pages total", turn through all pages according to the total page count (the hard upper limit follows the total page count); only if it cannot be read, use max_pages_hard。
• Only after the total page count has been captured can you say "all pages have been turned" or "x pages remain"; if it has not been captured, only talk about whether "Next Page" can still be clicked.
• complete: false it is prohibited to call it "all". Exit code 3 indicates incomplete pagination.

A single figure must --type design|utility_model|invention, and cannot all. When the user has not stated the type, infer it from the figure and add --type-inferred. For claims, select the type according to the text; you may use all。

When copying this package away separately:python tools/cnipa_search.py …。

Results are saved by default to outputs/patent-search/SEARCH-YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS.md(gitignore). To change the format, only modify tools/emit_search_report.py。

Machine-readable prefix:EPUB_SEARCH_MD: / EPUB_SEARCH_JSON: / EPUB_SEARCH_NOTE: / EPUB_SEARCH_INCOMPLETE:. In the conversation, tell the user the Markdown path; do not just dump JSON.

You must use the advanced query fields (#e72 inventor,#ti title,#abs abstract/brief description,#e51 classification number, etc.); it is prohibited to put the inventor's name into the homepage general box instead. Remove the check digit from the application number before filling in the form.

Not done: Google Patents / academic search and cross-database deduplication, PSS login site, full-text claims/in-depth family exploration, visual similarity search by drawings, semantic search by claims. A single figure/claims only generate a publication site Boolean expression.
