Main scenarioIt is Q&A and producing a draft of the remarks; only after the user confirms adoption is the Word text of the remarks produced (this package tools/emit_opinion_docx.py, calling the disclosure package is prohibited). Case entry and practitioner's book distillation are the supporting features that make retrieval accurate. At the end of each response, check whether the library is too thin (fewer than 3 historical cases or manuals) according to prompts/soft_nudge.md , then decide whether to add a guiding sentence.
