The gate informs, it doesn't block. Show each number against its floor: reviewed drafts, how many came out uncorrected, objections that appeared outside the playbook, and days with the inbox open.
If it meets the criteria, change the mode of step 3 to automatico and say in one line what changes: the agent
writes to a person without asking you.
If it doesn't meet the criteria, say what's missing and offer soltar igual. It's the business of whoever installs it, not
yours. With that answer you change it and you don't argue about it again.
Steps 4 and 5 are not touched here. They are released one at a time.
