When to use this skill

Use this skill whenever the user wants to:

• Write or debug GitHub Actions workflows (.github/workflows/*.yml）
• Configure triggers, jobs, steps, secrets, matrices, and reuse
• Integrate checkout, build, test, deploy, and notifications

How to use this skill

1. Workflow: define in YAML on、jobs、steps; use actions/checkout, official/third-party actions; configure secrets in Settings.
2. Reuse: composite actions, reusable workflows; matrix strategy runs multiple versions/platforms.
3. Environment: runner environment (Ubuntu/Windows/macOS); for container jobs, pay attention to networking and mounts.

Best Practices

• Use secrets to store tokens and secrets; do not echo sensitive information in logs.
• Add id and outputs to key steps for use by subsequent steps.
• Cache dependencies (actions/cache); when necessary, use concurrency to cancel old runs.
