- Confirm that the input is a fixed nominal annual interest rate, monthly payments, and a term measured in months. Entering 0.06 means 6%; do not enter 6 and pretend it is 6%; all numbers in this example are fictitious test values.
- Separate inputs from results and retain the formulas. Use cell references instead of the named ranges in the POI example, and do not claim that named ranges have been created.
- The principal must be positive, the interest rate must be non-negative, and the number of months must be a positive integer; a zero interest rate must be treated as a valid input. Prompt separately for missing data and invalid data, and do not silently fill in zeros.
- Keep calculation precision for payments and totals, and use only display formatting to keep two decimal places; rounding of periods and fees by real institutions must be verified separately.
First read actual methods, parameters, and sessions and complete parameter template. Inputs and example values must be replaced according to the task; for an existing workbook, first check the worksheets and occupied ranges, choose a unique new worksheet name for this task, and do not overwrite the original worksheet.
When an embedded image is needed, hand it to the gridcraft-editor skill. Standalone installation:npx skills add full-aigc-skills/gridcraft-skills --skill gridcraft-editor. This batch is a development candidate and has not yet entered a new market version.
The example with a principal of 12000, a 6% nominal annual interest rate, and 12 periods yields a correct monthly payment of about 1032.797; at zero interest rate it is 1000, the total payment is 12000, and the interest is 0. Missing and invalid values must not become normal results.
Synthetic mathematical example, not an actual financial quote or borrowing advice; it does not include fees, insurance, floating interest rates, daily interest calculation, or institutional period-by-period rounding. It only estimates equal monthly payments and does not claim to have established a period-by-period repayment schedule.
Save as an editable XLSX and reopen it, then modify the inputs to verify recalculation. The existence of rules does not mean that all API writes will enforce input interception; the calculation results and exception prompts must be verified. External Excel formatting, real business content, and host synchronization are accepted separately.Fixed GitHub source and license。
