The buttons are related instances of the same main component; one swaps in a circular icon, one hides the icon, and each has independent text. Check the actual nested component IDs, visibility, spacing, and that the main component is not overridden; main component color changes propagate while instance text is retained.
Do not create one variant set per icon, and do not detach instances. Figma property key rules cannot be copied directly; read them from the FigCraft addProperty receipt and component.properties. Icons are synthesized geometry; real icons require verifying asset licensing and style.
First verify the target file, existing conventions for data/tokens/components, and blank areas; preserve inputs and only write new output files. Read back settings and actual PNG/SVG, then independently reopen to verify; do not substitute templates or green commands for visual acceptance.
