Positive and negative bars are separated by the zero baseline, zero values have labels and a height of 0, and categories correspond one-to-one with values; after modifying data, recalculate all bars and the baseline using the same scale, keep labels editable, and ensure the SVG and PNG reflect the correct direction.
This is editable shapes and text, not a chart control with automatic data binding. The data source/unit/period must be verified by the task; NaN/infinity/missing must not be accepted as 0. For all zeros, use the [-1,1] illustrative range to prevent division by zero, label them as 0, and do not add fake bar heights.
