Usage Instructions
- Read the target file and identify the programming language
- Delete comments according to language rules (for detailed rules and examples, see references/examples.md）
- Verify the result to ensure there are no syntax errors and that the code logic has not been broken
Important principles: Protect comment symbols inside strings (such as URL http://); back up important code before processing it
