Run: conversation log conversion

Argument: $ARGUMENTS

Step 0: Pre-check

If not present:

Step 1: Run the conversion script

Analyze the argument and run with the appropriate options:

"all", "force", "again"	--force Full re-conversion
"detailed", "verbose"	--verbose Include error logs
Project name	--project <이름> Only that project

If a project name is specified: "$HOME/vibe-sunsang/conversations/INDEX.md"Read the project list from and find a matching project. If there is no exactly matching project, EXECUTE: immediately call the AskUserQuestion tool with the JSON below:

Generate options dynamically from the project list read from INDEX.md. Sort by highest session count.

Error handling

If a problem occurs while running the conversion script, guide the user in a way a non-developer can understand:

Situation	Message to show the user

No project folder	"Cannot find Claude Code conversation history. Please check whether you have used Claude Code in another project."
Permission error	"Cannot access the file. "$HOME/.claude/projects/" Please check the permissions of the folder."
0 conversions	"There are no new conversations to convert. It's already up to date!"

Step 2: Check the index

After conversion is complete, read the index and show the status:

Summarize the conversion results:

• Total number of projects
• Total number of sessions
• Recently converted sessions

Step 3: Suggest analysis templates

Once conversion is complete, suggest the following analysis options:

Available analyses:

1. Project pattern analysis

   "Analyze the sessions for [project name]. Summarize the main task types, recurring errors, and tool usage patterns."

2. Growth tracker → "Create a growth report" or /vibe-sunsang 성장

   Generate a growth report. (v2: includes 6-axis technical dimension analysis + radar chart)

3. Mentoring session → "Mentor me" or /vibe-sunsang 멘토링

   Receive coaching on AI utilization skills. (v2: 6-axis-centered tailored analysis)

4. Bug/Mistake Patterns

   "Find the mistake patterns I experienced across all projects."

5. Team Mode Review

   "Analyze the team mode session and evaluate coordination efficiency."

6. Cost Analysis

   "Summarize token usage and model distribution by project."

7. 6-Axis Analysis

   "Analyze the recent session based on the 6 axes (DECOMP/VERIFY/ORCH/FAIL/CTX/META)."
