Scenarios and Shortcut routing

CRITICAL: First determine the scenario, then read the reference file for that scenario; do not read all reference files at once at the start of the task. Read each file only once, the first time you enter the corresponding phase.

Identity: document operations recommend explicitly specifying --as user。

Local file references uniformly follow file access permissions: within CWD, prefer @./相对路径; for other directories, use @绝对路径. For relative resource paths inside XML, check CWD first; only when the file does not exist, check the directory of the source XML file, and for files with the same name, CWD takes precedence. Inline content, stdin, and online documents have no source file directory, and no fallback is performed.

Document content

  • Read / summarize — +fetch: read the reference first, then fetch the document.
  • Create from scratch — 创建工作流: fully execute the creation workflow first,a simple task is not a reason to skip it;
  • Import / empty document — +create: when only creating an empty document or importing complete user-provided content as-is, skip the creation workflow.
  • Edit / block direct links — +update: semantic rewriting, polishing, reorganization, additional writing, or formatting are all completed according to the update reference.

Auxiliary capabilities

  • Draft initialization, parsing, and statistics — +script: supports parsing document URLs / tokens and local XML, counts characters, and returns character diagnostics; does not support Markdown input.
  • Historical versions — +history-list / +history-revert / +history-revert-status: query, roll back document historical versions, or check rollback task status.

Authentication and Scope

When executing a Shortcut, do not pre-read lark-shared or pre-run auth status --verify; only read this Skill when encountering unauthenticated, token / identity, or scope errors, and retry after fixing. For authentication, identity, or scope management requests, use this Skill directly.

Out of scope for this Skill

  • Drive file-level operations: find documents, import/export, cloud space file upload / download / permission management → lark-drive. When copying a document, creating a duplicate, or saving as a duplicate, use lark-cli drive files copyaccording to its guidance; do not use docs +fetch + docs +create to rebuild the body.
  • Standalone comment operations: add, page through, reply to comments, or add/remove reactions → lark-drive; when only a compact comment context is needed, directly use the default JSON response's docs +fetch。
