Claude execution wiring

These notes bind the tool-neutral logic above to the Claude Code harness. They are the EXECUTION layer that does not port to other tools.

  • Receipt mint (Step 0, sub-step 5) — the neutral "record a review receipt" step resolves to one Bash call from the repo root, after /code-review returns and before the commit plan is presented:

    node core/hooks/_shared/receipt-mint.js --minter smart-commit --verdict <PASS|PASS_WITH_WARNINGS>

    Use PASS when /code-review reported nothing and PASS_WITH_WARNINGS when it produced coherence findings. With no --files, the receipt attests to the currently staged paths. Best-effort: report a failure in the plan summary and proceed — it never blocks the commit.
