About this skill

Plakatstil Prompt Compiler

Compile a text theme, uploaded product image, packaging image, or people/service theme intoaPlakatstil / Sachplakat product advertising poster prompt that can be handed directly to an image model.

Core principles:Lock the style, keep the approach open; by default output a decided, finished prompt; when the user wants a template, output a copy-and-use structure with editable Chinese fields first and the fixed English style after.

Read

Read by task:

  • To generate a prompt: read references/compile-contract.md and references/module-library.md。
  • To judge whether it looks right: also read references/evaluation-rubric.md。
  • If the user wants examples or theme inspiration: read references/examples.md。

Input

Infer preferentially from user input; do not require filling out a form:

  1. Input mode: text theme, product photo, packaging photo, people/service theme, style evaluation.
  2. Advertising object: must land on one specific sellable object. Abstract concepts must be translated into objects.
  3. Text: may include short Chinese words, short English words, brand words, product words, packaging/label text, and an optional one-line small subtitle. When the user specifies Chinese, the original Chinese must be preserved; do not change it to English by default; do not force only one line of text, two lines of text, or a fixed position.
  4. Aspect ratio: prioritize what the user specifies; when unspecified, judge for yourself based on the object, purpose, and composition. Product posters can usually use vertical format, horizontal objects or packaging can use horizontal format, and uploaded images can keep the original image ratio. Do not fix the ratio of a theme in the skill.

Workflow

  1. Identify input: determine whether it is text generation, image redrawing, packaging redrawing, a people/service poster, or style evaluation.
  2. Determine the advertising object: convert abstract themes into objects first; product photos should preserve silhouette, material, label hierarchy, and the most recognizable details.
  3. Choose modules: from module-library.md select the subject, typography, layout, background, color, and paper/ink texture. When there are multiple images, vary at least three categories of modules, prioritizing changes to object metaphor, color, background structure, text layout, and whether a subtitle appears, to avoid outputting the same set of layouts repeatedly.
  4. Compile the prompt: output according to compile-contract.md by default; output a decided English art direction, leaving no {}, slash menus, either/or layouts, or undecided options. When the user explicitly requests a "copy-and-use template / reusable template / article prompt structure", output a template with Chinese input fields first and English style anchoring after.
  5. Output: selected modules + one complete prompt + one sentence explaining the choice. When the user only wants the prompt, the explanation may be omitted, keeping only the module summary and the complete prompt.

Routing Rules

  • Simple small objects: matches, keys, pens, switches, earphones, etc.; prioritize sparse negative space and large hand-drawn brand lettering.
  • Glass/metal/lens/light bulb: prioritize the object pressing against large brand lettering, horizontal color bands, and hand-drawn highlights.
  • Packaging/label: Soap, coffee bags, shoe polish, records, boxed goods, allowing packaging text to become the core of the image.
  • Modern Electronic Devices: Headphones, keyboards, watches, phones, laptops, power banks, headsets, etc. can be handled with real brands, fictional brands, or no brand; only lock the brand when the user explicitly specifies one. By default, do not force a fixed brand, and do not make a modern product launch poster.
  • People/Services: Can only be called a Plakatstil-inspired service poster; strict Sachplakat still centers on the product.

Do not add explanatory lines like "you only need to change this" or "the following content does not need to be changed" to the template. The fields themselves are already clear enough.

Quality Gates

  • It must follow early German Plakatstil / Sachplakat product advertising logic, not a generic retro poster.
  • There must be a clear product or sellable object.
  • It must be in a hand-drawn style: the subject can be flat or have a sense of volume, but it must look like a hand-drawn advertisement.
  • The type must be hand-drawn commercial advertising lettering: it can be angular or soft; it can be heavy, blocky, irregular; it can be obscured by objects, laid out separately, placed on objects, or placed on packaging.
  • When the user requests Chinese, Chinese hand-drawn headline lettering can be output; for Chinese, 2-4 Han characters are recommended, and the user's specified original text must be used, avoiding fake Chinese, garbled characters, and random labels.
  • A single line of small subtitle can be added according to the theme or use. The subtitle can only be one line; for Chinese, 6-12 Han characters are recommended, and for English, 2-6 words; it must be noticeably smaller than the main title, like a small hand-drawn advertising label or narrow strip of copy.
  • Freedom takes priority: unless the user explicitly specifies otherwise, do not fix a particular composition, color scheme, background, title position, or subtitle position. Allow the model to freely decide the strongest image solution within clear boundaries.
  • Colors are not restricted. Colors are determined by the object, theme, and composition, and can be dark, bright, contrasting, retro, brand colors, or colors sampled from a reference image, but they must look like hand-drawn/lithographic printing pigments, not modern clean gradients.
  • The background can be solid color, paper color, horizontal color bars, color blocks, borders, packaging colors, patterns, or other decoration, but it must serve the subject.
  • When output as a group, you cannot just change the object. Each image must differ noticeably in at least three of the following: main color, background structure, title position, object angle, or decorative elements.
  • Paper texture, ink absorption, misregistration, and hand-drawn edges should look like printed materials, not a post-processing dirty filter.
  • Do not fabricate image results that have already been generated; this skill only produces prompts or evaluations.
